Raj, the manager would only let me use one coupon per person even though it doesn't say that anywhere. I asked to see it in writing, and she yelled at me, and I had 4 sandwiches obviously not all for me me so my husband had to drive all the way here to use a coupon for his sandwich. I was first in line, but the manager decided to help all of the people behind me first. The other poor girl was left to do all of my sandwiches herself. Twenty minutes later Im still waiting do you woman who helped me is apologizing profusely for her managers behavior, saying I am so sorry. The managers behavior was highly in- appropriate and the nice other woman working there kept apologizing for her bosses, horrible behavior she was embarrassed. I will not be returning unless the manager gets a new attitude or they hire someone else.

. I came in at 7pm and there were employees inside. Behind the counter. They were not doing anything. They close at 9pm. But they said they were closed. There were customers who went inside after me. They were served.

This is awesome place to go eat or to grab a meal. again this place had great food and drinks and very nice place to go and its clean. and the staff are really nice and friendly and they do there very best to keep there workstations clean and keep the food fresh and give you awesome customer experience.
I go to quite a few subways and I only like leaving reviews on the good ones. Today's experience was great! I walked in and they were in the middle of a rush. They got me in and out of there in less than 5 minutes. Awesome! The sandwich itself was better than usual but what really made me write this review was the customer service. The girl helping me out was very nice and professional. Made the experience very enjoyable and will definitely be coming back to this location. The store is clean and everything was in stock. The food was fresh and it tasted great.

The lack of management is insane. They didn't wear gloves making my sandwich, the manager/Assistant manager didn't bother to help the new person on their first day and ignored her while the worker was struggling. They had no shame and played it off like it not a big deal. Please take your money to an actual restaurant that cares about quality and standards

It’s not my first time here but I came around 12 yesterday and it was so HOT in the store. The employees looked stressed and was sweating!!! They said the AC was broken but can’t do anything about it….what type of working conditions are these employees in?!?!? Certainly this can’t be ok with the Owners…will not be coming back again until they get it together, so sad for the workers?
