Needed some hydration and a pick me up after some shopping. Large cinnamon sugar nuggets $7.39 really hits the spot. Warm, sweet and slightly salty. Large lemonade $4.69. More like water with some lemon and sugar. Verrry watered down. Got hydration all right.

Have been here multiple times (all around 11) and there are no pretzels ready to be sold. They should start preparing the food before they open instead of getting things ready past open time. Very disappointing...

they're not preparing food before it is ordered. I watched numerous people be told it'll just be 10 minutes. and it wasn't added to the order I paid for. 20 minutes later I had no pretzel. I would not waste my time again walking in that door

This place is rude to locals. I was trying to get order for kids for their promotion and the lady taking orders is rushing me. Very rude and unprofessional. The promotion is not on the menu that is why im trying to clarify. It didnt say on the flyer that the wait time for the bucket is 30mins. Auntie anne need to look at this and stop doing promotions if your making the customer wait 30mins. Dnt take your kids here and eat somewhere else. Very rude staff.

Best pretzels you can buy. The service was great (specifically Seng Y.) the prices are good and the pretzels are INCREDIBLE. Definitely worth stopping after a long drive or long day of shopping at cabazon!!!

I tried the cinnamon pretzel bites in a cup. It were alright with my Starbuck's Caramel Frappuccino. The dough tasted soft and chewy, yet freshly baked. It was a good experience.
