Very dry chicken with not much flavour. Looks like the place is very short staffed and the pick up time was three times as long as it was promised.

Given that they specialize in chicken, I expected the chicken to be high quality. It was not--- very chewy and rubbery. Could hardly get it down. Fries were ok. Only good thing was the fried plantains, which we were surprised to find on the menu. Overall, don't recommend that you plan to eat at the Premium Outlets at all--- probably worth eating before you get here. This food court was so depressing and dank.

There are only 2 employees working and still they were awesome,this 2 needs a raise,they need help as well,all other stores has 3 or more workers,but this store is only 2…,the line is very long and the wait is 30-45 mins coz of only 2 workers,pls add 1 or 2 more for fast service pls…,your employees that day Nov 21,2021 are very tired…,5 stars for good food…

Waited 15 minutes with only one person in front of me and wasn't even acknowledged. Lady at the front register was a chatterbox with the person in front of us and after the conversation, proceeded to ignore me and my partner. She refused to take our order. It was also a 30 minute wait for a person that went up to pick up their food (and it still wasn't ready for her). 30+ minute wait with no line? That's abhorrent. Chicken now? More like chicken never.

Awful experience! 2 stars only for the french fries, they were really good! But the chicken is awful it had taste and smell like it was spoiled! Went to trash! Definitely stay away from that chicken if you don't want to get poisoned with food

honestly, my salad was so sad. Barely put carrots, one tomato slice, it was really disappointing that I paid $10 for a salad that barely had lettuce in it. It was as if it was a meal for a kid. Not happy with their service either.
Terrible customer service from the man that works there. He couldn't even understand what I was saying to him. Maybe it's because he was sitting down preoccupied on his phone. Good for consumers, there is about 3 other restaurants in the same vicinity that sell coke products. If you don't want to provide customer service, get out of the customer service industry!

Nothing like the locations in LA. They don't give you enough fries, original chicken burger lacks quality, and they give you brand honey mustard instead of the food me they package (they charge for the sauces as well).
