I had the most disappointing dining experience at Chipotle. Not only was the food subpar, but the service was downright disrespectful. As I was trying to enjoy my meal, the staff began sweeping and mopping the floor around my table, causing a disturbance and making me feel rushed. To top it off, one of the employees loudly announced her departure, seemingly in an attempt to hurry me out the door as she never left. It was incredibly unprofessional and ruined what could have been a pleasant evening. I will not be returning, and I advise others to steer clear of this establishment unless they enjoy feeling unwelcome and hurried.

Same thing happened to us as another reviewer from this location from 12 hours before. We asked for half steak and half carnitas. They were out of the carnitas. So when the woman placed the steak, she charged for double steak. We explained to the cashier (Hispanic woman with black rimmed glasses) who heard double steak the situation. She ignored, charged us double steak, and when we saw the receipt we told her she charged us by accident. We explained again, and mid sentence she interrupted us to say “calm down” and refunded us….the fact that we were polite the whole time we were explaining but she immediately got defensive and rude was shocking to me. I’ve never seen such horrible customer service before. Also, almost all the meats, the brown rice, the black beans were all empty and needed to be refilled.

They’re ALWAYS running out of ingredients. 9PM on a Saturday, and no black beans, no pinto beans, no avocado, no lemons, no limes, no lemon juice, and barely any rice. YES, rice the cheapest food in the world, they run out of. Then I asked for sofritas since they were out of so many ingredients, and they insisted on charging me extra. Poor customer service skills. This was a veggie bowl. ****Come on guys, you’re better than this- get it together. I’ll be sending an email to the district manager about my experience. This isn’t acceptable. I hate writing bad reviews. But this isn’t the first time this has happened at this particular store.
