Everything is always Wonderful, from the moment you step off the elevator into Cielo. Greeted by the Hostess, escorted us to our table. Shawna our Server who we requested gave us superb service along with her back server Ozvaldo, Cielo Manager came over and spoke, Chef came to the table and checked on us. Always a great experience at Cielo.

We recently dined at Cielo Restaurant located on the 27th floor of Morongo Casino, and I must say, it was an unforgettable experience! The highlight of the evening was undoubtedly the breathtaking views that accompanied our meal. From the moment we arrived, Jeanette, our server, impressed us with her knowledge and attentiveness. She expertly guided us through the menu, recommending the best specials of the night. We indulged in the tomahawk special, complete with creamy mashed potatoes, butter-poached shrimp, garlic asparagus, and a wedge salad drizzled with a delectable creamy blue cheese dressing. Each dish was executed to perfection, leaving us craving more. And let's not forget about dessert – the brown butter bread with whiskey sauce was the perfect ending to our meal. Jeanette also helped us select a fantastic bottle of wine, further enhancing our dining experience. Her impeccable service truly made our evening memorable, and we can't wait to return for the exceptional food, stunning ambiance, and, of course, to see Jeanette again. Cielo Restaurant at Morongo Casino has undoubtedly earned a spot on our list of favorite dining destinations. Cheers!

Our waiter, “Mathew”, was great! Very personable and attentive. The entire staff practiced great customer service starting with the hostess to everyone we encountered throughout our dinner. Food was excellent. Would always come back

Expected an amazing experience and food for $150+ per person. New York steak was decent but not as good as Ruth Chris or Sullivans. It was ok though. My other half had the salmon and lobster bisque. Lobster bisk is not vegan and made her sick. The fish was smushy and the vegetables were all undercooked. No view out the 27 story windows while we dined was a bummer. Way way too much buildup for what was delivered. The servers were nice but it wasnt 4 diamond food for sure. Also they never brought one of our bread items so we left without it. We did tip the servers of course.

This was our first experience dining at Cielo. We were not disappointed. From the moment we arrived we felt welcomed and pampered. I want to especially thank our server, Jeanette, who was friendly and so knowledgeable about the menu.She definitely enhanced our experience. The manager, Gerardo was also solicitous and attentive to our questions and needs. Christian and Michael definitely contributed to the overall experience The food was awesome! We will definitely return!

My husband and I had the chilean seabass. Cooked to perfection with a lovely slightly sweet sauce and served with black rice and boc choy. Service was excellent. A little pricey but will go again on a special occasion.

We had a good time! We are both hungry but we went to experience the restaurant. Shared a steak, oysters and a bottle of wine. Service was great! View of the mountain is fantastic!

Wow! A superb fine dining experience that exceeded our expectations. Host K'lynn greeted us and asked a number of questions to assure our evening was perfect before escorting us along with her manager us to an exquisite window side booth. Sharp. The menu was a foodies delight with a wide range of tantalizing culinary creations. We started with fresh oysters and steak tartare. The oysters were beautifully presented in an ice bouquet complete with a lovely mignonette and horseradish sauce. Outstanding. The steak tartare was perfectly composed and topped with a delicate quail egg and truffle cream along side a toasted garlic crouton plankette. Delicious. Our mains included scallops seared to perfection atop a delicate pork belly slice with a cauliflower puree and canoe cut crab legs with garlic clarified butter. We also enjoyed a side of charred Brussel sprouts with a balsamic glaze. Each dish was served with care by our waiter Enrique and his team with regular check-ins from K'lynn and management. Such elegant and exceptional service. We've put Cielo on our list of top 5 dining experiences in the Coachella valley. Thank you Cielo. We'll be seeing you again soon!

Our server Jeanette was the absolute best. Was out first time here and she recommended meal for two that was not on menu and it was amazing ? we are still dreaming of it. The music the food was such a wonderful experience. Thank you from the bottom of my heart ❤️

$350 for two of us BUT we didn’t give a the TIP so $300 is what it cost for two!Tomahawk was decent!Garlic Prawn was standard.Asparagus was standard.Mash Potatoes was good!Ceased Salad was great!View was amazing!

Everything was incredible. The shrimp cocktail was massive, the steaks were fantastic, and the buttercake was probably the best I've ever had. I wish I could remember the servers name but she was amazing from start to finish, and everything she recommended was perfection. Couldn't have had a better experience my first time there. Won't be my last.

Love ambience and service was great , I went there with my boyfriend and we sat in a cozy booth and had the Wagyu tomahawk steak with shrimps cocktail and Italian salads. It was a very nice meal for weekend night :).
