My husband ordered an ice cream birthday cake online on 7/28 and scheduled to pick it up two days later. He arrived 30 minutes after his pickup time (7/30/23) which was 4pm. As he entered, he informed them that he was there to pick up his cake that he had ordered and payed for in advance. They asked if he can wait because there were making it. They seemed flustered and said,” the cake is still hot and it’s making the ice cream melt.”He waited 10 minutes and when they handed over his cake which was all melted. His birthday gathering was starting in 30 minutes and he was forced to take the melted cake. He told them luckily he lives nearby or the cake would’ve been completely melted when he got home. They said no apology, no offers to make another, or refund etc.The cake should’ve been made earlier in advance instead of making it at pickup time. They need better management and this was unacceptable. The photo below was taken after being frozen for 3 hours. I recommend to everyone to not order a cake here due to them being completely unorganized and unapologetic. The melted mess was $36.

It's cold stone so the ice cream is consistently good and when the staff is there the service is good too. I can't give it more than 2 stars though because they close the store 25/30 mins earlier than the posted hours constantly and randomly which can be really frustrating.

I made the drive here for ice cream only to arrive 35 minutes before closing. The staff had already locked the door, looked me in the eyes and kept cleaning. Why advertise hours you don't want to work?

I recently visited Cold Stone Creamery and I must say, their ice creams and shakes are truly delicious. The place itself appeared to be very clean and well-maintained, which is always a plus. However, I have mixed feelings about the service I received during my visit.I arrived at 8pm, which was only an hour before closing time. I approached the counter and requested two of their popular creations. To my disappointment, the female worker informed me that they were out of stock. Undeterred, I decided to make another attempt and the male employee seemed ready to work on my order. However, just as he was about to start, another employee appeared out of nowhere and announced that they were also out of that particular creation. This experience left me a bit frustrated, as it seemed that the location I visited had a consistent issue with keeping items in stock. Having the two employees give conflicting responses further added to my confusion. While I understand that running out of certain flavors or options can occur, it was disappointing to encounter this problem not just once, but twice in a row.Overall, Cold Stone Creamery offers delicious ice creams and shakes, and the cleanliness of the establishment is commendable. However, the inconsistent stock availability and the confusion among the staff regarding inventory left me somewhat dissatisfied with the service received on this particular visit. Nonetheless, I would still be willing to give this location another chance in the hope that the stock issues are resolved.

Ice cream was good. I feel bad for the CREW members, not management. I spoke with some crew there who told me how they do not receive any breaks when working, not even a lunch break. If they are lucky and no one enters they can sit down. Owner really needs to address the issues he has with his supposed manager(s) before a lawsuit is started. I am sure this is a big reason why no one wants to stay with this business for $14 an hour with no breaks. Definitely not worth it. I won't be back, ice cream was good but I feel like a burden when the crew gets no breaks.

The poor little girl in there was doing the best she could with no help. Hey Mr cheap ass owner, why don't you put enough people in the store so they don't all walk out like we did and about 8 more people.

Basic interpersonal communication skills are a must for any customer service position unfortunately it's something this location is lacking amongst other things. No greeting & blank stares from both employees. It would also help if the employees were actually trained on how to make each item on the menu so that customers arent waiting 30+ mins for one item that was ordered 3 days prior to pick up date.

We stoped by this store today and one of the employees charged us for the wrong price. We asked for a kid's scoop and she charged us for a like it. We were confused and we asked her if the kid's scoop and the like it cup were the same price and she kept saying it was. And later the other employee explained to her that she charged us wrong. But she didn't even say sorry and was trying to force us to buy a like it because she didn't know how to do a refund. So we said we just need kids scoop so you can cancel and charge again. It is not our fault. But her attitude was very mean and rude. She sighed and shook her head at us and gave us an attitude. She was like ordering us on what to do. She didn't explain what was going on and she was on the phone with her boss and we wasted about 30 minutes because of the refund process. She never said sorry and tried to kick us out without giving us a refund. I don't know how she could work as an employee with that attitude. I have no bad feeling with the boss but you should know how she acts to your customers.

You can always have delicious ice cream at any Cold Stone. We were at the outlets and had a craving. The creations were great BUT , this location DIDN'T honor the Yelp check in!! They said it needed a bar code, so they could not apply it. Almost like false advertising, since we could have gone to a different place for ice cream, but chose it because of the offer

My girlfriend and I had just finished having dinner at Chipotle and she said she wanted ice cream. I love Cold Stone and could not have been more excited! We went ahead and placed our orders. Upon receiving her order, my girlfriend realized the selection she made had coffee flavored ice cream in it and did not like it. The 2 girls working at the store last night did absolutely nothing to even attempt to remedy the situation. This is where my disappointment comes in. It was my girlfriends idea to have ice cream, therefore, I couldn't have any if she wasn't having any. And when the employees refused to make her another one that she would like, that meant that I couldn't have ice cream either. I'm certainly not going to eat by myself in front of her. So we both left the store extremely disappointed and empty-handed. Normally, I would have let this go as I very rarely take the time to write messages like this. However, I have LOVED coming to Cold Stone ever since I was a kid and I felt the need to inform you about the poor customer service we experienced. Hopefully your team members can learn the important rule that the customer is always right. Instead they seemed focus on closing down the store so they could go home promptly at the end of their shift. Not a good look...

Stopped by yesterday around 4.30pm. After an extended wait, I was told they couldn't make me the milkshake I wanted because "they were currently using the blender". There was nobody else in the store and I guess they couldn't just wait until their blender was available and would rather turn me away. I went to In N Out across the road instead!

Great sorbet and a wonderfully perfect location. The only thing is tonight about yen minutes before close I witnessed customers being treated poorly and then bad mouthed. A young man and a woman wanted yo return their coffee ice cream because they said it didn't taste good. The cashier with the. braids and a cartoon-like squeaky voice told them it was rolled right and they cannot come back and complain after-the fact. They left and she had a conversation about it with other customers. When they left, she complained about the first couple to her co-worker. That coworker had just been visibly annoyed and impatient with me for trying to figure out what i wanted. I was left to figure out the napkin dispenser and had to tuen it around and empty it out to get a napkin. As the girls rushed me put to lock the door for the evening, the girl in the braids said, "Finally a customer who can figure it out, instead of complaining." These two young women are just not customer friendly. I wouldn't buy anything from them again. bAd vibes.

Worst experience of Cold stone. It is 8:30 pm, and I understand things happen but there was no fruits or any available toppings. I ordered a strawberry blonde with whipped cream because that’s all it was available.I hope who ever does the ordering of the food, it start forecasting proper portions to supply the store.

Why would you close the doors 25 minutes before your actual closing time? Lazy staff!
