My eldest daughter and I had just finished eating our blazing pizza from Blaze Pizza LOL. I said let's go check out Wetzel's Pretzels that happens to be next door. It's not my favorite pretzel place (Auntie Anne's is still my #1), but it was conveniently within our vicinity and I love pretzels so we took advantage of our presence. Upon entry, my eyes were glaring due to the very bright yellow wall. It is a comfy and cute pretzel joint. Tons of pretzels were pre-made and ready to be served. I usually get the same old pretzel... good old Almond Crunch. I got 3 of them. Both my daughters and I have the same feedback on this pretzel. Love the almond crunch topping, but pretzel bread was tad dry and it didn't stick together well and it could have been softer. Only one pretzel was together. When you see the pictures, you'll know what I mean. Staff was welcoming and friendly at first, but when I asked for a fork, I got the look. Maybe because they were attending to another customer and I was interrupting their mojo LOL. It's all good. I have to say prices have gone up. Funny, Wetzel's Pretzels is one of the very few eateries at Desert Hills Premium Outlet. Not sure why this is the case, but at least they are next to Blaze Pizza. You don't have to walk too far to get to them after your pizza meal. Happy Pretzel'ing!!!

We purchased two pretzel hot dogs and a small cup of the “pigs in blankets” with a small lemonade. Total came to just over 40 dollars. We asked for a refill of the lemonade (which was $6 for 16 oz) and were told no very rudely from the staff. We mentioned that the 40 dollar bill and no refills, especially with the soda machine being down seemed pricy. The staff behind the counter laughed and said no again. Pretty rude and unprofessional considering the soda machine was not working. Pricing was WAY too high for the small items we received and the rude staff makes it impossible to come back.

I ordered pretzels and the frozen lemonades, and it tasted like soap. It wasn't fresh, and when asked to replace the one drink out of my whole order, they refused. Normally, I wouldn't complain, but they rather discrimate against their customers and talk about them in Spanish. I would not recommend coming to this location. Most Wetzel pretzels I've been are more customer friendly, not this one .

This place is awesome! I have a fun fact! Wetzels pretzels were founded in 1994 in Pasadena, CA. They sure had a great snack for everyone around the world. Especially stores like Walmart. I love Wetzels pretzels. Yum ?

Two of our pretzels were very undercooked and one was almost raw in the middle. When we told them, we were told that's how they are with no offer to fix anything. This is not a good location.

Disgusting no type of common sense at all... it was two people working front an Asian boy and a short Latino girl... she was sweeping and cleaning trash and he was the cashier constantly wiping his snotty nose with the back of his hand and had the nerve to go roll and prepare our pretzels without a hand wash... just nasty ... we got a refund

Food is definitely NOT consistent. Very rude and young staff, they skipped me 3 times letting 3 other's cut due to them being friends.

I personally like Wetzel pretzels, however I recently had a bad experience with this store. After they charged my debit card, they asked for cash, because the card transaction did not go through. It was a bit weird that they were asking for cash, but I gave them and asked for the receipt. After I got back home, my card was charged and posted. I had to called the bank, wait and talk to them for an hour to open claim and investigate this matter. I still don't understand why they asked for cash after the card was charged. The workers should be more careful and professionally handle any transactions.

As always the pretzels are very good and the cashier at the front was extremely friendly. Keep it simple with a plain pretzel lightly salted. Does the trick and it's very quick. If you want to special orders I notice some folks were waiting as they were out of stock. But if you don't mind waiting a few minutes it's definitely worth it.

I stopped by for a visit a week ago while on vacation. I ordered 1 wetzel bits 1 pretzel bits and 2 jalapeno cheese sauces. Both jalapeño cheese sauces were burnt and curdled. Most likely from being under the heat lamp for too long which is not food safe or quality control. The plastic containers were too hot to touch when I received them. The pretzel bites were very dry and the cheese was burnt. The Wetzels bits were the worst at they were stale but completely soaked in butter I bit into multiple pretzels entirely filled with butter and it was quite horrible to experience. I reached out to customer service and I have not received any response or help. I spent $20.32 on feeling I'll the rest of our day. Very disappointed and hoped for more.

I wish I had not tossed my order before taking photos. Ordered 2 Almond Pretzels from Wetzels because Auntie Annes was quite a ways away. Thinking Almond Pretzels were Almond Pretzels I tried Wetzels. Boy, was I wrong. First off, we were handed two BAGS of pretzel bits, not pretzels. They were dry, not chewy, and completely devoid of almond topping. Sure there was coating, but the coating was at the bottom of the bag. The pretzels were bland, dry, and not edible. the cost for those two bags, almost $17!! I can't speak on any of their other items, just the attempt at Almond Pretzels.

So - the food is fine. The lemonade is SUPER sweet.... like drinking sugar, so just keep that in mind. The reason I give a 1 Star is because of Jazmin. She was SO rude and flippant to me and my friend, for no real reason. She didn't realize or remember we ordered a second drink and literally said to us "NO you didn't." Which I replied... well we will need one and I have cash to cover it so please get us one. THEN.... look at receipts this morning, WE did order the drink with the first order, she just didn't remember. So I paid double for a drink. Which is fine even though it was $6 wasted. But her attitude was not okay. Maybe she was having a bad day, who knows. But she didn't need to take it out on us.
