We have loved this place since we lived in the neighborhood years ago and had the pleasure of dining in more recently. The food is still as fantastic as we remembered. Our favorites are the cucumber sunomono, classic nigiri, and this crispy albacore roll. Everything was just as good as we remembered. Its position in a grocery store mall seems a little out of place, but it is definitely worth the drive, and the views in the area are gorgeous, too.
I stopped by Hanami Sushi for the lunch the other day and I will be stopping by again. The lunch special is a great value and the food was awesome! You choose three items from a list of 6 options for only $22. Everything tasted fresh and well prepared by the staff.On top of that our waitress was friendly and took our order as soon as we were ready to order. I have been going here for years and its always delicious! Ever since the pandemic, I have noticed that there are not that many people that come in, but they are quite busy with take out. Their lunch specials are pretty amazing and are my go tos when I stop by. Definitely a good sushi spot :)
