“I have to say that we have always supported local businesses and will continue to do so as long as the business is consistent with its quality and presentation. Today we visited the original location on Desert Gardens and I'm sorry to say it's just not the same anymore. I know prices have gone up everywhere and I have absolutely no problem with that whatsoever, but if you're raising your prices at least keep the quality of your food up too. Unfortunately we will not return to either of the locations.“

This is one of my favorite resturants and my all time favorite Mexican restaurant and I have eaten at many all over California, Arizona, Texas, and several other states.My most recent visit was Sunday, 01/28/2024 . There were five in our party and they were very busy, but even still we were seated after a brief wait at their bar. Our server was a young lady and she was polite, funny, and attentive. Our food arrived in a timely manner and it was all good. Their enchiladas are wonderful. I especially enjoy their chicken enchiladas with mole sauce, and zucchini enchiladas, but everything here is delish. My friend raves about their Mexican coffee.The Resturant is small and they pack as many tables as they can in it, so sometimes you may find yourself sitting close to another table. Because of this we try to go at less busy times: after 9 am, before 11:30 and after 1Pm. Dinner time is usually less crowded.Parking: There is a small parking lot and then plenty of free parking on the street. It is a 2 hr limit during business days and hours.“

Don't know who the new owners are but they are nice and courteous to customers. Took our order over the phone and 15 minutes later went to pick up. the receipt has your name printed on it. we ordered "special" kung pow chicken, "special" chop suey, and "special" refried rice. It also came with 2 boxes of white rice. this was a fiest for four people deliciously slices of fresh vegetables and meats, beef, pork, chicken, shrimp, in abundance. the owners havent changed the name, menu, and business hours, and phone number. this all for$37.00. paid by tapping my card on modern cash payment machine. Holtville you will not be disappointed with this food, quality, prices, and customer services. seems like holtville is home to 2 best kept secrets. George's Golden Pizza and now Wong's Kitchen. not to mention doughnuts, mexican food, and good barbers.“

“Came in for a breakfast dinner around 6:00pm on 2/7/24. I had the sirloin tip with onions and mushrooms, it came with 2 pancakes and 2 eggs. It was the best breakfast I had in a very long time eating out. Everything was very good. My compliments to the cook.“

“Passing through El Centro on way to San Diego craving a good breakfast. Celia's hit the spot. Nice selection of breakfast entrees. Hubby had the huevos rancheros, which he said was come back good. This is one of the few, if not the only region, Mexicali and Imperial County, where you will get Chinese food that has some Mexican ingredients from over 140 years of tradition.“

“Driving by and saw this thought I’d give it a try. The lady at the front told me her recommendations and I got the Carne Asada burrito and some Carne Asada tacos. Food was just amazing.
