I ordered chicken teriyaki bowl combo thru the appsBut for some reason it doesn't have the option to get egg rolls as the sideIt was supposed to come with eggroll.It doesn't have eggroll on the menu for this location.I don't know why.But if choose another location it does have an option of eggroll for the side.I emailed to customer service 2x but never get reply at all.The service on drive thru is also slow.I have 2 cars in front of me but it takes 20 mins for me just to get into the window
The guy who works at the drive thru at night sounds miserable all the time no matter what. There is no "Welcome to Jack in the Box, how can I help you" or some customer service friendly intro it's always "what can I get you". Im not asking for over the top service or anything but atleast be friendly. Once we get past that, any variance of the standard meal you want ordered will be wrong in some way. It could be a simple request of not adding lettuce to thier tacos and they will still come out with lettuce. This place always gets our order wrong and has rude service. I will not recommend anything because it's going to be wrong, have a long wait time, and deal with thier rude employees.

This Jack in the Box closes too early. Its located next to the freeway and across from a truck stop yet was closed at 6pm on a Friday night. Its gets a rating of 1 beacuse I could not get any food, therefore there is nothing to rate.

IT SAYS OPEN 24 HOURS! EVERYTIME I GO TO MORONGO CASINO I STOP BY THIS JACK USUALLY AROUND 2-3 AM AND THEY ALWAYS SAY THEY OPEN AT 3:45 OR THEIR SYSTEM IS DOWN!! MANAGEMENT NEED TO PAY CLOSE ATTENTION TO NIGHT CREW!!!

Found hair in my food today & so did my son ! Pretty gross….lost my appetite.Management should make sure people are wearing hair nets & men should not have long beards . The hair in my food looked like beard hair….my son found long blonde hair in his ! Gag.

This place is always terrible with food and service. I’m guessing they have bad management. I know to drive a little further to the 7th street location but catch myself stop because of the convenience of being closer too the house. It’s like they have the food just sitting there for hours. Never again.

This Jack's is by far one of the prettiest and cleanest Jack's that I had even been inside of [Love the Decore on the inside!!] The food was more than on point and the service was friendly and fast. Thanks again and keep up the great work!!

Horrible attitudes.. They act like they don’t want to be there..Asking somebody to take your order is like a burden to them.. Doesn’t make sense at all.. I see responses from someone but are they really fixing this issue.. Staff needs to be retrained big time..

Used drive through 8/19 for lunch. Ordered 1 Jumbo Jack, 2 Jr. Jumbo Jacks, 1 Loaded Tiny Tacos, 2 Lg Curly Fries. Gave me 1 bag, not full. Pulled into parking spot to check order. Saw 3 wrapped items(burgers), 1 fry, box of tacos so I went inside in heavy winds (Hilary tropical storm coming), was given the fries no problem. Went home. Fries cold, 1 sandwich was not Jr Jumbo AND had a sticker for someone's online order. Went back. No manager, just a kid. Gave him my receipt and the wrong sandwich. So not only my order was wrong.. Also told him our fries were ice cold so I wanted fresh fries also. Got it. Went home. Guess I should have said "just out of the frier fries" because they were ice cold! We only live 2 miles away, so why were they cold? Will return to driving to Calimesa location 5.5 miles away, NEVER had an issue from them. Manager, you need to do better training!!!
