The local sushi place on the north end of town directly across from the Indian springs resort.Lots of choices - menu more than just sushi.Very attentive staff.I'm not educated on Japanese food, or sushi for that matter, but it all seemed fresh and attractively presented.
We eat here often, it's my favorite restaurant in Calistoga. Everything is fresh, an extensive menu, there is something for everybody. I absolutely LOVE this restaurant. Friendly staff and wonderful service! The food is exceptional, and this is our favorite place now!Dietary restrictions: They are wonderful about dietary restrictions and are always happy to make special changes to their menu items.Kid-friendliness: Always very accommodating for families, there is also extra seating outside for larger parties, which is lovely on nice days.
