I came with my family for English tea service. We had the Windsor afternoon tea and the experience was exceptional. Our host was friendly and accommodating, and we enjoyed everything we tried.Be sure to call a day ahead for tea service.

This place had potential to be 5 out of 5 but they're attitude made it 1 star. They really have to work on their customer service. I had checked the website before hand to check for hours of operation, menu etc. Also I had called the day before, no where did I see that reservations were required nor was I notified on the phone! My niece and I went and we were met with just rudeness, all we did was asked for a table for 2, then berated as if we should have known that it was reservations only! Highly recommended does not mean required. All we wanted was a nice tea day locally. It ruined our experience and will not be coming back or recommending it at all. All that was needed was, “we’re sorry we only take reservations” but instead we were received with a damn horrible attitude! Ugh!

Honestly, great tea. But it's never open. 4 hours a day, 5 days a week? What a waste. Would love some more tea, in the area quite often, but it's never open. Almost seems like a shuttered business, has a negative vibe, likely old money keeping it afloat. Meh. (Also the food in all the pictures is misleading, they only have tea at the ready, not fare for an impromptu tea party.)

I had such a wonderful High Tea here today! The owner was so sweet and knowledgeable, she even stayed around for a bit chatting with my friend and I. I highly recommend this place, it was a great experience!

The lady at the counter was extremely rude. My daughter and I were treated as if we were imposing on her. If it were not for the chef whom came and greeted us kindly. We would have left. I will never go or recommend this place.

The food and the tea were fine enough and the waiter was very nice BUT, was informed upon paying there was an additional charge for using a credit card. I've never heard this in a food establishment. I was informed I could pay cash or write a check. A check? What is this, 1999??? My apologies to the friendly waiter but I deducted the service charge from her tip. This is some bad business practice.

We walked in and were told it was reservations only, which we did not have. (online it states they are strongly recommended. Nowhere does is state they are required). They did give us a seat outside. Our server whom I unfortunately forgot the name of, is wonderful, she made us feel welcome after initially getting the vibe that we weren't. We opted to do the afternoon tea for 2. It was absolutely delightful. I've read a couple reviews saying service is slow. I will say, yes it is slower than your average restaurant, but it's not a fast food establishment or a typical eatery. Enjoying a tea service like they offer should be an experience, taken slowly and enjoyed with good conversation with whomever you have with you. For me that was my pre-teen son who really enjoyed everything as well, and suggested we go back again soon.

I went here with my 4 year old daughter today and we had a great time! She felt like a princess and the food was delicious.

We were looking for sandwiches and something a little different. We saw this place on yelp and decided to give it a try. We didn't have a reservation, but they were able to seat us anyway. This is a good old-fashioned afternoon tea. We decided to order two afternoon teas. Each came with a choice of finger sandwich, scone, and desert along with a pot of tea. There were almost too many teas to choose from, but the waitress was amazingly helpful. We each chose differently so that we could taste a variety. All items were delicious. We ate outside which was noisy with the passing freeway traffic. If we had had a reservation we might have been inside. The atmosphere inside is tea-roomy. Outside, other than noise was a garden like courtyard. There is a credit card fee, so don't let it surprise you. This is not an inexpensive experience the price tag for 2 was $65. But it was light and lovely and pleasant. I will go back on occasion.

I have to start by saying that I've been to a few afternoon tea services, and this one is by far the best (compared to a trendy on in Koreatown and even the Bridgerton high tea). It is small and reservations are highly recommended but the food, tea, and staff are excellent. Their scones are so tasty and the finger sandwiches are perfect in the softness of bread to the flavor of the fillings. All the desserts are really delicious. It is a must try if you want to do an afternoon tea service.

The owners reply- was exactly a copy and paste of the email she sent my sister. Which does not explain ANYTHING about why package prices are higher than a la carte, and she never once offered for us to take tea home or make smaller pots. We had the largest table there- plenty of room for more tea, and have ALWAYS had individual tea in the past. The credit card surcharge explanation is ridiculous- it's a cost of doing business and you are choosing to make your customer pay more- and it's shady not to say something until after it's swiped. The lack of explanation and passive blame on everything else just solidifies my original review.

Just got back from All Things Tea. I was looking for a Finum brewing basket for loose tea. The place was very charming. I was waiting for someone to help me, instead the woman gave me the once over and walked to the back. She never spoke a word to me. Very disappointed .

I attended the "Mum's Day Tea" today and was sorely disappointed. I had been looking forward to this event with my daughters all week. It was my first visit. We arrived early and were seated outside, away from the remainder of the tea guests. We asked if we could sit inside (I'm a redhead) and were denied. The bistro set was uncomfortable, the parking lot was noisy, and we were in the sun. There were cucumber pieces in the planter adjacent. The portions were stingy, only two bitter teas were served, and no cream or sugar were on the tables. When we asked for more of 2 separate different items (the spritzer and sandwiches), we were again denied. We felt forgotten about outside and, when ask why we hadn't eaten the curry dish, the owner defensively stated that "everyone" enjoyed it, as if we didn't matter. When the bill came, a total of $165 (massively overpriced for the amount of food and poor service), I did not put the tip on the first slip. When they brought my card back, they had charged $172, so a $7 credit card fee!!! We slipped out, but I had forgotten my glasses. We were told I had to come back immediately or I would have to wait 3 days to get my glasses back. I returned to get them and the owner was very rude when she realized that we were unhappy with the service. She told me that I was not welcomed back because I had adverse comments about the price and service. She again reiterated that "everyone" was happy but me. Overall, I do not recommend this establishment for special occasions. It is underwhelming. Even if it were half the price, it would be too expensive. I have been to different tea events all over and I have never encountered such stinginess and overpriced food and services. Plan your special events elsewhere. This owner is defensive and not receptive to critiques.
