The food is low quality most of the time. Soggy fries, stale beans, and a bland taste. The service is okay. Sometimes they mess up the order. There is way better Del Tacos if you are willing to drive elsewhere.

I work nights and am off at 2:30am. I've gone to this location on multiple occassions after work and seen the "Drive thru open 24 hours" sign lit up in the window but all lights out inside and not a single car parked out front. This location is NOT open 24 hours.

I love me some Del Taco. This one is the best in all of Ventura County! Their service is always on point, fast. And their tacos and burritos are always full of meat and cheese, the good stuff! Please keep it up guys I love driving the extra few miles to get a good fill up of Del Taco!

You would think that some one working back their melt the cheese on a bean and cheese burritos was cold when I left the window at least give me more than 2 hot sauce for a 20 dollar bag of freezing cold mex food

I came in late at night and order a good amount of food. I felt guilty because i know they don’t have as much staff at night. They were still very nice and friendly.Also the Birria Quesadilla is so good

What's the deal with putting my tacos in the bag SIDEWAYS!!!!!!!!!!!!!! As you can see from the 4 pictures the food was all the way to one side of my taco. I was there on 11/30/2023 just after 11pm. This always happens when I go through the drive-thru on the weekends. PAY ATTENTION TO HOW YOU BAG THE FOOD ? ? ? ? ???

I never leave reviews on literally anything. But I really hope this review reaches the owner of this location. I went through the drive through at 4am on Saturday, November 18th. I am a nurse and work overnight and this del taco was really the only place open at this time. When I pulled up to the speaker, the girl working the window taking orders, said “Our system is rebooting. We aren’t taking orders right now.” I said “no problem. How long do you think it will take, should I wait?” Her response was so rude and unfriendly “you’re just going to have to wait.” When I asked again, considering I am on a lunch break, she responded so nasty and like I was bothering her, I just reversed all the way back out of the driveway and retuned to work. I was so disgusted by the way she talked to me. Customer service was non existent with this employee and it made me never want to return to a del taco, honestly. Very disappointed and hope the owner addresses this so other customers don’t have to experience the same attitude.
