Ordered using the drive thru and didn’t check when I received it so that’s on me. Wasn’t till I got home to notice my order was incorrect. Went back to the store being that I was charged for something I didn’t want to order and the manager was extremely helpful. She apologized profusely for the mistake and refunded my money while comp’ing a couple drinks. Small error but was very helpful in correcting and making it right. Thanks for the excellent service and I will continue to come here.

I like it here but they forgot my side salad and refused to give me a refund or another side when I came back. So I paid for a salad and didn’t get it.edit: customer service was awesome, called me and made things right. They have an awesome corporate team!

Let me tell you, it was absolutely delicious! The combination of rice, beans, tender chicken, creamy sour cream, and avocado was simply mouthwatering. Every bite was bursting with flavor and left me craving for more. The portion size was generous, making it a satisfying meal. The service was excellent, and the ambiance was inviting. They literally gave me food that had meat in it when it was specified that I was vegetarian ! You people need to do a better job ! I don't know if you are aware but there are laws against doing such things .
Most people have already tried El Pollo Loco and know they have that magic recipe for delicious chicken cooked in a healthy manner. We noticed that the size of the chicken pieces have shrunk over the last several years, but that's been true everywhere... Smaller portions, higher prices.... It's to be expected. You just can't find that flavor anywhere else.

This location was not a great experience, and it's sad because my family generally likes El Pollo Loco.Customers in-store were largely ignored, and/or not acknowledged. Several staff members walked by the registers several times, glancing at us like they were waiting for someone else to take our order, as they prioritized the drive-thru.However, we remained patient until someone was free to take our order. Once ordered, it took over 15 minutes to receive our food (8 pc. Fam Meal & 3 sides). They only had 2 of the 5 advertised salsas, the salad was wilted & sad with no dressing, and the chicken was super dry. Even though we ordered dine-in, I still had to go back for plates and utensils and was ignored, again, until I flagged someone down.Poor food quality & service all around at this location, and the staff didn't seem to give a damn. DO & BE BETTER!

Drive thru was fast but the food tasted awful. The quality has gone downhill. Chicken tastes old and tough and lemonade tasted like dirty pipes. I threw it all away. Big disappointment from how they used to be.
