The best burgers I’ve had in a while ? They have such delicious ingredients, I personally get the turkey burger with the thousand island dressing and it’s so good ?? Their fries and great and the service is quick and efficient. This is one of the top places I go to when I don’t want to cook

Inedible burger, served in a brown bag, no plates or silverware available. I would definitely stay away, had to throw away the burger after two bites.

On 4/8, there were two employees, that looked like they hated their jobs. Order a hamburger, meat looked like it was microwaved, bread was dry and old. Ordered at 6:00 pm, got my hamburger 10 mins later. I was told dinning room was close, they are closing in 30 mins. Web site shows they close at 7:00 pm. Associate kicked me out 45 mins before closing. I am thinking they wanted the store clean so they can leave right at 7. The latest time I ate fat burger was 20 years ago. I was looking for a good experience. but was really disappointed. I should have gone to In N Out, never can go wrong with there burgers.

We came because they now have the impossible burger and my husband was curious in trying it. It was not worth the price and I definitely expected better. We can in on 4/8- Monday and placed our order at 6:07 pm. We were the only ones. A couple other people came and one ordered. We sat a booth and at about 6:30 pm or right before, the girl working and that took our order brought us a scrunched up paper bag saying that they were closing in 30 minutes (7 pm) and we could no longer eat in the dining room. We got up and took our paper bag to the court food dining by Fatburger. I was surprised that we couldn't eat if they had not yet closed. It is 6:40 pm and kids already closed shop and turned off lights. So if you plan to eat here, come order an hour before they close and don't expect to eat in the dining area. Won't be eating here again. I rather eat a grilled cheese from In N Out than this high priced burger place.

I got there "famous" Buffalo wings and man they were the most disgusting wings I've ever had in my life!!!!!! Didn't even taste fried. The wings felt like they were boiled and added sauce . Chicken skin was extremely rubbery didn't taste fried at all!! I feel so disgusted even eating those chicken wings! My partner got a burger and said was flavorless. Very bad quality everything! All that was almost 50 dollars thats ridiculous!! Could've spent a bit more and went to wood ranch

Don't expect to get anything other than a burger and fries here. 3 times this week I've shown up around 6 to get wings for dinner. I've been turned away every single time. Tonight I was told "because we're within an hour of closing..." and their posted closing time is 8pm. Done.

Dramatically empty, so the atmosphere is rather so-so. I waited over 15 minutes for my food and I was the only customer. There's something wrong there. The food is so average that it's not worth waiting so long. I'm probably going there now. The last time I was there was 4 years ago and it was much better in every respect.

i'd rather get an in n out burger. on top of the food being bad the customer service is absolutely atrocious. it was pretty clean i'll give them that. but will not be coming back here

Bad service. I ordered sweet potato fries, a burger and shake. 5 minutes after ordering, I was informed they don't have any more sweet potato fries. When my burger comes, I told him he forgot my sahek. The attendant tells me I remember you saying you'd like a maui shake but he didn't't add it to the order. .... I don't understand how this place is in business.
