I am so disappointed on the service here, my orange chicken was super dry and disgusting it tasted like it was sitting somewhere without any sauce for hours, and my chow mein tasted the same way,I'm sorry I've been going here for a year or two but you just lost a costumer especially because of how small portions you give me, and especially the prices are incredibly insane.I should've gone back and asked for a refund that's how bad it was, but I was already home so disappointed.

I was charged for several expensive items I did not order. Cashier claimed to be the manager and claimed he did not have access to revert erroneous transaction. Floor mats in ordering area were decaying and stuck to shoes, leaving black sticky residue.

Food here wasn't good. It was sitting out with a film on top. Luckily they made some fresh orange chicken. The Chow mein was fresh and good, but everything else was a disaster and super expensive. It was $27 for 2 plates. Panda express is $20. The pork egg rolls for $1 were a hit. I'm surprised we didn't get food

Easily my favorite Chinese food in the area. I go a few times a month and every time I've had excellent service from really friendly people working. They take excellent care of me, helping me get exactly what I want. The fried rice here is so good, and the beef with broccoli, wish I could buy that sauce YUM! they have really good made to order soups too. I love the noodle soup, all the soups have been good though!Friendly staff, delicious food!

My family and I have gotten food poisoning twice from eating here. The food is never fresh or hot. Food sits in serving pans that don’t look like they’re kept to proper temperature. Nice staff but the food is not good. Gave them two chances and got sick both times. Will never eat here again.

In comparison Panda Express is cooking another batch of something all the time while Happy Bowl has kind of tired items there all day.
Best Chinese food in town! In addition the customer service is great.

Front of house staff was warm and pleasant… Sweet chow mein with spaghetti noodles is pretty gross..The kungpao was tasty, but the fatty sauce hurts your stomach

For many years this was a place I'd sometimes go to. A few weeks ago I ordered a bowl of steamed rice and teriyaki chicken. I opened the bag and there was no fork and no teriyaki sauce on the chicken. I ate it anyway and didn't have an issue. A few days ago I go back to order the same thing and asked why no teriyaki sauce on the teriyaki chicken. She says "that's something you have to ask for." What's the logic to this? Most people who order teriyaki chicken expect teriyaki sauce on it. I accepted her answer and asked for 3 sauces and went back to my office. When I started eating it, though, the chicken tasted wrong. It tasted old and weird. That's the last time I'm going.

Not impressed. The cook need more training in how to cook better food and not use mystery meat.I should've went to Topper's Pizza that was nearby. What a waste of good money.??
