"The experience with ordering from this cafe leaves much to be desired. Multiple times I've placed online orders, expecting a swift delivery within the specified time. However, upon arriving on time, I found my order being prepared right in front of me. The lack of respect for the customer's time undermines the whole purpose of the online ordering service. Hopefully, they improve their organization in the future.

Every time I bring my EBT card it always declines when Laura is there but when other workers ring up my card it works something wrong with that manager she’s very slow and walks alway every time am half way telling her my order bad

If I can give this place a 0 I would super dirty, the manager is extremely rude and the food is always soggy if your craving jack in the box definitely look for a different location if you want good quality and customer service.

It's Jack in Box. My go to is the 2 tacos and get a side like stuffed jalapenos or egg rollsParking: Limited parking, but I've never had trouble getting a face. There is a small parking lot on either side of the building.

Customer service & management at this location are a joke.
Without fail something is always broke at this location, whether it's their POS, soda machine etc.... If there is a corporate "swat team" that comes in and saves a garbage location from dragging down the brand this would be the location they should fix

Someone came to work that does not want to be there. I went through the drive-thru the worker sound like he at home laying in bed be annoyed by his little sister. They messed my order. They half *** made my order. SMDH THIS HAPPENED TODAY August 21, 2023 around 11am whoever in the drive-thru need better training or need to be fired. Do not bring your problems to work.
