I was going to order a kids Oreo milkshake and the lady said I needed to be 10 years of age or less, and wouldn't process the transaction. What if it was for my daughter? Terrrrrrrrrible customer service. Would never come here for principle now. You serve your customers when they order. You don't question their intent.

Food, Service, Ambiance -- all 10/10! We got Rocket Single & Philly cheese steak sandwich with onion rings and fries as the sides and let me tell you, we were too busy eating the deliciousness that we forgot to talk, and I didn't take a photo for a review but that's okay! I took a photo of the chocolate milkshake we were drinking with heavy chocolate ooohf it was good! About the service just amazing. He was so positive and with a good energy. Cooked and served by himself. Was very caring brought for us the heater, and was asking about everything if we are fine etc. Ambiance was fantastic too, sun was hiding behind the clouds, and it was becoming chilly, but the music from 70-80s kept us warm! Very good experience at Johny Rockets!

George was incredible going over the menu and the history of the location. He made me feel very important and food preparation and delivery were top notch tye burger fries and shake were amazing will definitely return!!!!

Service was great. Food was great. I had a hot dog and side salad; my wife had a bacon cheeseburger with fries. Very good.Parking: Electrify America DC fast chargers are less than 50 yards from the place. Good spot to eat while waiting for your car to charge.
Very poor service by Joshlynn who was my waiter because she put 20% graduated tip on our check when it was a party of 2, and when my Tia asked why it was charged I had to translate for her because she doesn't know much of english she tried telling us it was a system mistake. But I saw through her lie and I knew she just wanted a better tip for her pour service. I'm very disappointed in you Johnny rocket.

First time back to a Johnny Rockets in 20 yrs... Good burger/food & service... but disappointed they don't sing, dress up, or have working jukeboxes anymore. They had modern music playing when we walked in. It's like an expensive in-n-out nowadays ($15-20 for a burger and a small portion of fries). It would be worth paying if there was an 50's experience/atmosphere... But can't see myself going back again the way it is now.

My wife, 2 kids and I sat down for a lunch after shopping at the outlets. We were hoping for a decent meal and then do more shopping. The food and service was good. Food was hot and well made the server was attentive but not too attentive.However the surprise and low rating comes with the check. I noticed that they automatically added a 20% tip. When I inquired the manager stated that they doe that for ALL GROUPS OF 4OR MORE. So a typical family would be grouped in this as well. I was shocked but paid. After a short while I went back to look at the menu and it does say that they automatically include a 20% for groups of 5 or more. This was not what I was informed or charged! Also the notification of the additional charge is extremely small.So they lied, charged the wrong amount, and deceive customers by putting the notification in small print.GOOD BYE JONNY ROCKETS. YOU INTENTIONALLY DECEIVED ME. CONGRATULATIONS. YOU JUST GOT MY LAST DOLLAR. WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN

The fantastic host "Jennifer" makes all the difference in the lunch experience. If you want to enjoy a great lunch break in the middle of your shopping at the Camarillo Premium Outlets pick up Johnny Rockets restaurant and leave the rest to Jennifer. The food is great and tasty. The ambiance is authentic and charming. The restaurant is clean and the restrooms are spotless. You can even choose to enjoy the sunshine on the outside while having your lunch. I highly recommend the place for the great hospitality and the tasty food.
