I want to get food for dinner spend $30+ dollars when I go home less than 30 minutes later and try to eat the chicken was to hard and NOt a single drop of juice came out of KFC. I called the restaurant a man answer said he was the manager very rude and unprofessional I told him about the food I had just pay for he refuse talk to me and refuse to give me credit for my $30 + dollars I had just spend there. He said I had called 1 hour later and they do not guarantee the food 1 hour later. I called headquarters I end up in the Philippines talked to 3 incompetent people 3 different times. I was promise a voucher well I never got it. I called again and was told they sent the voucher to wrong address. I called this afternoon ask for a manager a so call Supervisor/Manager Leiah told me because the voucher was already sent the store will have to contact me. I told her they made the mistake sending the voucher to the wrong address not my fault. Leiah reply the store have to contact you we cannot help you anymore.If it was $5.00 I won’t say anything but I paid over $30.00 this is b#%} ?.

I probably shouldn't post too many reviews about restaurants like this KFC at least the one in Camarillo is well can I say the chicken is pretty poor it's kinda greasy they have two ovens. They have the fresh one in the back and then they have the one in the front that they actually served all the customers which is usually the chicken that is kind of old and dingy, whenever we go there we ask that they give us the chicken that's in the back oven and then they all frown on actually doing that but they sometimes do it overall it's just KFC is not the Kentucky fried chicken that I grew up with anyway sorry about it but it's the truth

Went in yesterday and ordered two orders of the spicy wings for $4.99 for 8 pieces an order. Instead of 16 spicy wings, I got 15 pieces. This is not the first time they short you of a piece of your chicken. They either do not know how to count or they are stealing it for their lunch later. They did that to me twice in the past so I stop going there for a few years. I thought things would have changed after these years but they still employ dishonest staff at KFC Camarillo. So make sure you count your chicken in front of them before you take it home.

This is the second time I’ve gone in with the same manager working, in the evening. Food was old and hard, fries cold. I could not order food we wanted as they were out. There are specials and he will not honor them. He is rude and no customer service. Both times I’ve left without dinner. Something needs to be done or you will loose the store. Sad to have to drive to another city to get food.
