I'm a tea drinker and have been staying at the hotel next door. I have stopped by and got a tea for the last 4 days. I'm tired of just letting it slide. The last two days have been the same. After work, I stopped and got an unsweetened tea. And it tasted bad, I know it's been sitting. Well, today I didn't go through the drive through, I walked over and got an unsweetened tea. It was the same disgusting tea. There was a sticker on it saying the "liner" was good until the 10th. How long do they let the tea sit out? The tea dispenser was absolutely disgusting, and the nozzle appeared to have never been cleaned. I get it, it's annoying to throw away something that's still probably full and replace with fresh. Bit dang, as a business, YOU'D think freshness would be a goal.

This happened just now . The lady giving us our fries was saying really disrespectful things as she placed our bag on the counter and literally dropped them on the floor because she threw them at the counter so we basically lost like half of our fries because of that ... And she was going to have the audacity to pick up the fries and toss them back into our bag had I not grabbed it beforehand so she wouldn't do that ...

We’ve gone to this McDonald’s a few times in the last couple of months because I like To take my daughters out for a treat. Not too long ago, there was a gentleman with a cool mustache that used to work there and he was so friendly. Unfortunately, he has been replaced by a rude no personality guy who doesn’t even greet you and doesn’t even say thank you or anything. Today I ordered an ice cream sundae For my younger daughter and a shamrock McFlurry for my older one. The shamrock McFlurry was so watery that it was more like a soda and the sundae was just plain ice cream (which isn’t even a Sundae), and it had a lid that was so flimsy that within two seconds, ice cream was all over my kid. This is the third time that we’ve had such a horrible experience at this McDonald’s that we will never come here again. People that were friendly are now replaced by no personality, rude, entitled teenagers …do not go to this McDonald’s!
Why is Mcdonalds Coke so much better than everyone else's Coke? Why are their fries unmatched all these years later? It's weird, but it's delicious so shut up. Beware of anyone who says they don't like Mcdonalds because they are most likely lying. Who doesn't like that "Mcdonalds taste"? I don't know what magic they use to make ALL of their food, including their drinks, have that certain "Mcdonalds taste", but it's good. Or maybe it's bad. Either way, I'm hooked. This location has never gotten orders correct and never has anything like espresso or simple things and the staff seems like they're in a hostage situation, instead of other places and other McDonald's that talk to you and don't act like they wish you never showed up!

It took 5 minutes to make my order, I thought there was a problem, I checked the bags when I finally got to the window, apparently I didn't dig deep enough and when I got home I was missing a Big Breakfast, and no butter or syrup. The kids I was talking to didn't have there heart into it. This is not the 1st. Time I haven't had my complete order when I got home
