The food was good, even though it has a couple calories the taste makes up for it. Your food is ready within 5 minutes and has a lot of customization options for low cal and vegans. Restaurant had a lot of tables and booths to sit at.

12/07/2023 5:50 PMBEST DAMN MANAGER ON DUTY!!!My wife ordered a drink and I forgot to pick it up with my order. When i drove back to get the missed drink, he already knew what item i forgot to get, and also threw in a free orange chicken.He was also very friendly and went above and beyond his duty to make sure i knew it was a mistake.The employees where also really nice and helpful10/10 management

They open at 9:30am door still lock. They should change the time to open when the heck I feel like it. I guess I should be use to it in this area. With 2 stars maybe it's a sign I shouldn't be eating here anyway.

I love going to this location ,but unfortunately this is the second time ordering that the noodles still undercooked and still a little hard to chew so I didn’t even enjoy my lunch and the noodle went to waste.

I just wanna start by saying delicious I go to a school for college that has to have the worst Chinese food place around 20$ for orange chicken. The minute I stepped into Panda Express I got 2 chicken sides noodles and rice for 25$ that's a steal delicious food amazing service. Fast food is hard stressful costumers annoying people who don't know what they want or don't know how to tap a credit card annoying people who go back to u and complain but Panda Express they deal with all these situations perfectly there was an annoying girl who ordered a bunch of stuff fast efficient workers behind there that legit caused the Karen lady to shut up she was shocked mouth dropped this place is a 5 out of 5 in service excellent love it will be coming back

I have been there a few times but refuse to go again a manager I believe her name is Paula is always very rude and treats Hispanic customers great but because I’m white I’ve noticed she treats us different not just with me but I’ve noticed with other white people for management that’s called discrimination which this company obviously allows there managers to act If you are white think twice about going to this store this manager Paula is rude and shouldn’t work in the public

We live here in camarillo and started coming here and usong the app. However, today we had a coupon with the app for an upgrade for a bigger plate. When ordered our food we went to the register and the app wasnt working. My husband showed them and instead of taking the time to fix the problem, the person at the register took our points on the app and applied it to the order. And then gave us a small box or food as the upgrade. Called in an extra entree worth 750 of pur points. Coupon was not applied. This TINY box was worth $5.20. Its about the size if my palm for reference. My husband complained to the manger. She was young and acted like she had no idea how to fix it. Not accommodating at all. Didnt offer anything to help try to get our points back or a coupon to make up for it. Food was good thankfully but service no. All employees need to be better trained if you offer an app. Disappointed.

I arrived at the restaurant at 8:40pm on 7/26. There were no entrees other than 3 or 4 pieces of shrimp. I was told that they were cooking some and it would be ready shortly. After waiting for the food to be ready I ordered the only thing available, the orange chicken and last 3 shrimp. When I went to order a beverage, I was told that there was no ice. After eating some of my meal I found a hair in the chicken. I went up to the counter and told an employee (Sara) that I had found a hair in my food. She said, "What?! Show me", as if she didn't believe me. I showed her the hair in the chicken and she laughed at me and said that was my hair from my beard. I told her that it was stuck in the breading and was clearly not my hair. She called the manager over (Brenda) and she offered to replace the food. I commented that there were no other entrée options and that was the reason I ordered what I ordered. She offered to have something made for me, however I did not have any more time to waste as I was on my lunch break and had to get back to work. I kindly asked for a refund which was begrudgingly given to me minus the cost of the beverage with no ice. Sara then chimed in telling me that I "could have just left" and "nobody made me stay" and wait for the chicken. She then mocked me for asking for a refund. I asked what the problem was and commented on the fact that she is working in a customer service / retail environment and all I wanted was food without hair in it or my money back. (A reasonable request) Again she laughed and told me "This isn't my only job." She continued to make comments under her breath as I walked out in awe of what had just transpired. As I write this, the following morning, I am still shocked at the behavior of that employee (Sara) and I sincerely hope appropriate action is taken to prevent this type of interaction in the future.

Ordered food took them 30mins to get me it, in side the shop. Wasted my entire lunch. I asked them to just switch out the items with extra teryaki chicken, if they didn't have the other stuff. Refused.
