As far as Sbarro goes, this is one of the better ones I've been to. After my experience at The Oaks Mall, I almost gave up on Sbarro until I happened upon this food court at the Camarillo Outlets while hangry. I liked Sbarro's ultra thin pizza, not their new thicker XL crust which is more like cardboard. So I asked the cook if he could make it thinner. He advised it wouldn't be as level, may have too much flop to it, etc. but I was good with it. So he tried to thin out the pizza he made fresh for me. The large pepperoni pizza for $25 brought back memories of going to the mall as a kid and getting a slice of Sbarro's. The mall wasn't just for shopping, it was for dining, killing time, and just hanging out. Sbarro's was my go-to at any mall and this place was spot on with that memorable flavor. There wasn't too much grease (though my childhood pizza left a plate of grease), the pizza had decent flavor, and I knew I would be coming back. This time I went with the XL, no special instructions. What irritated me was the 3% credit surcharge they snuck in at checkout. Yes it's allowed now but the customer must be notified, and I'm not sure a receipt after the fact counts as being notified of a credit card surcharge. Anyway, I had the thicker crust and it was still pretty decent, but it was a little stiffer, staler and not enough flop and foldability. As for the ambiance, well it's an outlet food court with half the court closed. I'll be coming back but only to order a whole pizza a little thinned out. Well that's this critics review, until next time, I'll be eating.

this pizza was so good i felt like i really was in new york. when i ate it i rose to heaven and came back down to eat more of the pizza. this pizza almost made me have a seizure out of joy when i ate it. 5 stars i will def eat here again!!

Sbarro surprised me! It's crispy crust was perfectly toasted and the XL slice is enough to fill one person. After shopping at the outlets, needed some fuel and this worked out great! I ordered the New York XL Pepperoni pizza slice and breadsticks. The garlic breadsticks were super doughy (barely tasted like garlic) and definitely need dipping sauce (69 cents). Secretly, maybe the bread is made that way to make you buy dipping sauce. The garlic dipping sauce helped but it is a very strong garlic sauce. I love garlic but this sauce tasted a little unnatural and it wasn't delicious. I think it is mixed with butter but something about the flavors were not the best. Anywho, I would come back here for the pizza but not bread sticks.

Worst pizza ever. Just ordered pizza at the Palm Beach Gardens mall location. It was gross. Hard like it’s been sitting for days. Cold after he heated it twice in a make shift oven. Tasted like it was made two days ago. Gross!

We came with children. I ordered 5 pcs of pizza one type three pieces. They just gave one piece to me and my two pieces to someone else behind me. I copmlained and nobody cared. They have no system, no internal communication and no respect for customers
