"Deeply disappointed with the service at Starbucks. The employee, knowing I was waiting for my order, fully packed one bag and handed it to me, but simply threw the second bag halfway, ignoring me. It was not just offensive but downright humiliating. A complete sense of chaos and indifference. Doubt I'll return to this establishment after such dismissive treatment of customers."

My bag was lost here in this Starbucks and their new manager avoided to even look at its camera with different unreal reasons. They did not cooperate to see what happened about my bag. They did not care and they told me they are very busy. Customer service is very important. It does not mean only selling Cofee to customers. But it is important that they make their store trustful for customers to sit there with peace and safety of mind But they did not behave in this way.All we know that everybody must take care of his things but at least a store can help to see what has been happened.it is minimum help. It is the reason that cameras has been put in the Starbucks to control anything.

Girl making my drink was rude told her thank you for giving me a straw and she walked away and didn’t say anything I was nice even after she made everyone’s drink before mine when I payed before everyone . Bad service

Third Starbucks in Camarillo I had to go to and this one I wanted to purchase a cup and have my drink put in it, have done this a dozen times at several locations. They tell me they can’t put it in the cup, well ok. So I asked if they could just rinse it out for me and to my complete and utter surprise they said no. What is wrong with all the Starbucks locations in Camarillo. Absolutely horrible service what a horrible experience in all I’ll never stop I’m Camarillo for coffee again!!!

For the love of god quit cross contaminating the black tea and fruit drinks. People who drink black iced tea do not want their black tea to taste like pineapples or berries. STOP IT.

My local Starbucks next to Ralph's definitely provides that homey feeling. People come to gather to catch-up with friends, or the local biking club will get their morning cup. I've "worked from home" at this Starbucks a few times in their inside oroutside chairs As seen in the picture they will go the extra mile to make you smile with stickers or words of encouragement. Sometimes ( not all the time, their service can be faster than it is, but they are working on it.)
Very poor service! . My husband and I ordered pumpkin spice frapp and sandwich yesterday . Waited for more than 20 mins . Follow up order for the frapp 2x & waited . Barista said they’re busy but all people behind me got their orders already . I finally cancelled the drinks coz our sandwich got cold already. I’ll never go to that store to that location again. They don’t even apologize that they forgot my order.
