Disgusting. I found a small hair in my food. The ladies preparing it didn't have hair net nor put her hair up. I never coming here again. Jersey sandwich is way better. No hair strand in my sandwich

This is absolutely disgusting! I placed an order online for pickup at this location and arrived at the store at 7:20pm, to find the store closed! They already took my money, and there's no way to get ahold of anyone.

I really enjoy subway. I’ve noticed it’s one of the few places I can eat without gastro issues. Sometimes it’s a hit or miss on quality. I tend to get wraps because you never know if you’ll be getting real bread or concrete. The veggies are usually fresh. My order is usually right. I do order pick up most of the time so haven’t had hardly any interactions with the employees. The place is nearly always clean (nearly).You really can diet and eat here, too. I’ve lost weight since I started eating at subway more. I enjoy the veggie sand or the rotisserie chicken. If you get the rotisserie chicken with the sweet onion sauce it’s a better quality version of the sweet onion teriyaki sandwich (I don’t like the processed chicken strips).My suggestion to this location is to try to manage the bread better. You shouldn’t be serving rock hard day old bread.

It's a terrible location. My online orders are never right. How hard is it to add oil and vinegar!? How can you continuously completely miss the mayo!? Y'all keep giving me dry sandwiches. They also skimp on the toppings so bad it's laughable. Ask for lettuce and it's like a toddler put it on. 8/10 times the bread is old and crusty. This place needs new owners. Clearly the people running it are stingy and don't care about the product they serve. You want an amazing subway!? Go to the location off Lewis and Las Posas. They rock!

Woah. They are the most rude employees that work there. Even the supervisors. We have given them time and time again opportunities but this is the last straw. The first two times they don't put any bacon when placing the order online. And now they didn't give us the correct bread. So of course my boyfriend went to go and tell them because they've gotten the order so many times wrong. They then try and complain and tell us that it is our fault that we didn't look at the subway when at the store before taking it. LIKE WHAT?! And gave my boyfriend such a difficult time. Please get your employees under control. Thank you. We will never be ordering from there again :)

When we got home to eat our sandwich we were SO disappointed. The bread was so stale that it crumbled in our hands. There was hardly any turkey. We get this same turkey sandwich every time but this one was not very good.

We ordered half a dozen sandwiches . The bread was so old and crumbly that it was inedible. Dissolved in our hands. So disappointed that quality is not maintained here. No, it wasn't toasted, just old and dried out. Definitely needs better overseeing.

This location used to be the best and made full stuffed sandwiches. The last 2 times I ordered they got my order completely wrong. Last month I ordered a BMT and my fiance ordered a meatball sub, we both ended up with meatball subs and mine had with it all of the topping I wanted on the BMT, gross. Today I ordered with 2 other people and ordered a BMT and they added spinach which I didn't ask for and forgot to add onions, banana peppers and green peppers. Employees clearly aren't reading orders and alway look high when I pick up, mind you they aren't busy either at the time I pick up.
