I had an amazing experience with Ruben! I contacted him last minute looking for a caterer for my sisters baby shower. He responded immediately and walked me through the process of building the perfect selection of food and sides for our guests. Food was fantastic, our guests ate everything! I did the premium package with the carne asada, el pastor and chicken fajitas! The portions of the 10 sides I selected were the perfect amount for our party of about 50 people. The habanero salsa was hot! My husband loves hot, and he said it was hot! Full of flavor, he loved it so much we took the rest home! Ruben was kind, punctual, and quick to respond any time I reached out to him. I would absolutely recommend him to anyone looking to cater a party and not stress about the food!
We were hosting a family baby shower and the caterer we were going to use wasn't going to work out. We found Ruben and he immediately jumped in without regard to the short timeline. Ruben and his company do not disappoint! He met with us to see the venue and show us the different options for tacos, accommodating us with a guac/chip bar, and helping serve not only the food, but also the strawberry lemonade. He worked with us to find a good space to set up the taco bar and his food was delicious! The presentation beautiful. The carne asada disappeared quickly, the chicken fajita and vegetable tacos were equally as mouth-watering. He even threw in radishes for me even though we already had our side dishes picked out! We will definitely work with Ruben again in the future! You won't be disappointed! He and his company are great partners in throwing an amazing party!
