The original unsalted pretzel is still salty, warm, buttery and fresh. I loved it. The drink (mango) was not much to look forward to. It was excessively sweet and did not taste like mango at all. Service was average. Prices were a bit steep! I paid $14 for a pretzel and a mango drink.

Careful when using your debit card here, the girl at the register told me my card declined so I used a different card.. right after I realized both cards went through for over $50 EACH! I was charged twice and she tried to deny it! I showed her my bank statement and had her speak to my bank.. they refused to refund me! I had to dispute it with my bank and thankfully I got my money back! I tried to call wetzel pretzel and no one wanted to tell me their name or who was the manager at that location was.. sketchy!!! Seemed like a scam! They couldn't prove that my card was ever charged there even tho it clearly was and i had proof. Will never eat there again.

I have come to this location at the outlets I think 3 or 4 times now. I always get the cinnamon pretzel. It has always been stale. Like not even warm, super hard and stale. And barely has any cinnamon on it. I'm always let down. The only reason I give it 2 stars is because the workers are friendly! I think if you go just ask them when the fresh pretzels are available so you can actually get a nice warm and soft pretzel lol!

I went in 1/2/2022 at around 12:30pm-1pm. The food was good BUT the staff was using profanity and making fun of customers in Spanish. They were speaking loudly at the register assuming there were no Spanish speaking customers in the store. This was very disappointing.
There was a bit of a line on Saturday afternoon, but moved quickly. Redeemed my birthday pretzel, it was delicious as usual, thank you!

I went in here because they trapped me with the wonderful pretzel smell. As you walk by you try to resist the temptation as you just had a big lunch. First round I win. Second round, you have support. Yes you have other people outside saying mmmm pretzels. Point for you my friend as I tell my husband let's share one. Unfortunately I was let down a path of lies and disappointment. The strawberry lemonade icee was so sour and was all icee. I had to wait for it to melt on my drive home to drink it. The pretzel bites were delicious, not too sweet, but some of them were not sweet at all. It appears some of them also needed a second round of coating. With this I say you've twisted my arm. You did not wow me but you are a solid franchise. Since you have put me in a bind I give you 3 stars as I am neutral. Will probably return, but only if you trap me once more.

I'm guessing that their business practices are give the customer the driest , hardest pretzel that has been in the case the longest before giving out the fresh ones. It happens to me often and I'm tired of it. I bought 2 plain pretzels today that were as hard as rubber to pull apart , and not even close to hot and fresh. To top it off there is no one controlling the flow of customers into their small indoor area and is a downright Covid super spreader hazard on busy days . Very disappointed and dissatisfied with their quality. I truly believe I'm owed a refund for my 2 plain pretzels!
