This store is always freezing cold in both the summer and the winter! It is way colder than other shops. Not a great place to meet up if you want to be comfortable.

Don't go to the restroom here, EVER. My friend went to the restroom and locked the door. Apparently, the door doesn't lock, and a man walked in while she was on the toilet. Totally embarrassed. They do not have his and her bathrooms. I'm disappointed in starbucks.

I love Starbucks, but in the mornings at the drive thru, they ignore you and talk with each other like your not there...there's one girl that doesn't do that but the rest do...your support to talk to your customers not to close the window and ignore...yes there friendly but that isn't customer service...I never write reviews but this has bothered me for months

Wifi doesn't work. Sign says 2.95 for freshly brewed coffee was charged 3.95 the smallest plain coffee for some reason. Slow as hell.

I used to be a partner and was one for 3 years. I loved the atmosphere of this Starbucks and have continued to come back. However, today was a different experience. I went to order my usual and the cashier named Doni or Dana, (She was an older lady) accidentally messed up while typing in the order. No big deal, I get it. It happens. She went to re-enter it all, asking me questions to make sure she got it all. She started to get a little sassy with the way I was ordering. Thought it was strange. After the last drink was typed in, She has the audacity to tell me that I ordered everything wrong and told me I should order it a different way next time, because it was messing her up. I wasn’t the one who messed up the order in the first place. She threw me off having to reorder it. If she had used a different tone and attitude, I would have understood but she had quite the adverse response. Before I left, I had to get a new lid cause it was cracked. She saw me waiting and gave me a nasty side glance. I am very disappointed in how she treated me. I know what it is like to be a partner and I understand how some days can be rough. You never take it out on a customer. That is not the Starbucks model what so ever.

Recently (7/16), I picked up my mobile order, Venti Jade Citrus Tea and a Grande Pikes. The order was completed promptly. The coffee was as expected. When I sipped my tea on the road, it tasted HORRIBLE!. I could not drink it. When I finally got to my destination, I had the opportunity to examine the tea. There were two tea bags. One was Jade Citrus Mint and the other was Peach Tranquility!!!!! This was a bad combination. Pay attention to detail, please. There were lots of opportunities to get my tea order correct.

I love this place, it’s bigger than most of the Starbucks. Excellent customer service. I’ve been going here for a couple of times. And every employee has been very kind, efficient & all have provided great customer service. I recommend.
