Highly recommend Tasty Taco Box! I ordered the birria tacos with pinto beans and cilantro rice. Everything was perfect. The pinto beans were surprisingly flavorful. It is a family/female owned restaurant. You won't regret stopping for tacos and boba!
Drove all the way from Sac to Cameron Park after seeing a FB for a special potato ground beef bacon taco. Unfortunately it was a limited time offer in which they were still critiquing so it was not available. :( I did however, get to try their coconut shrimp taco, birria taco, and carne asada taco. The shrimp taco had lots of flavor and tortilla was homemade. The birria taco was so delicious it didn't even need the consome to dip it! The food here is delicious--really tasty--not blah like many Mexican restaurants. This place is SMALL--only 2 tables inside--some outside! Eat in your car if need be--you won't be disappointed!!
