I went to Dunkin located at Vandergriff Boulevard inside the main PX. I was there with my wife three days ago in the afternoon a little bit after one the lady was cleaning the grill with a blue rag after that she started making our two coffees but guess what she never wore gloves she went straight from direct to grabbing our cup. I guess I should’ve said something, but I didn’t but that is freaking disgusting, I won’t describe how she looks or her name but she knows who she is freaking. Where did you get your training from? You are a sad employee, cleaning a grill with a rag and then using your hands to make a coffee without putting gloves or even washing your hands, your gloves went from holding a dirty wreck to our coffee cups. I should’ve said something to you, but I guess I was in braving out because I didn’t wanna embarrass you in front of my wife, but you know who you are I will ask my wife exactly what day it was two or three days ago and I will mention you by name if you don’t wear gloves next time because that is filthy and disgusting I think the corporate office should know how they handle peoples drinks or coffees will not go back. Do not recommend do not wash their hands. They handle that dirty rags and then handle your coffee cup filthy.

Who puts granulated sugar in cold coffee?? Ew. It doesn’t dissolve & the coffee is disgusting. Bad beverage plus the atrocious wait times here are not a good combination.

Everytime I come here they seem to mess something up. Either they give me the wrong drink. They give me the wrong sandwich. Or they give me the wrong donut. The seating area is tiny so if you plan on sitting there and eating i wouldn't recommend. Also the drive thru is SLOWWW and chaotic. they made the drive thru go thru the middle of an enter-section to get to the PX and i've seen people come seconds away from running into each other several times there. They just need to close down and move locations at this point.

it's an alright dunkin'. it's very hit or miss with their drinks and they are out of the sandwiches i order pretty often. i've learned to be flexible when ordering here and to not get my hopes set on a certain drink/ food since they might not have it. or, i've learned to not have high expectations for my drinks since it does tend to not be made right. the employees have messed up some of the drinks i have gotten/ have made them sloppy, but for the most part they're nice. as far as the sitting area, it's alright and pretty clean. there's always a lot of people waiting for their drinks though. lastly, their dang drive thru... literally the most inconveniently placed drive thru that blocks a road/ traffic and it also is the slowest drive thru ever for that matter lol. i get anxiety going to the drive thru because there's too much going on.

Gave me a drink made out of water and ice and whatever that dark stuff was. What it usually looks like and what they gave me. Terrible and lazy. So disappointed

We ordered 2 sausage croissants, they said they only have one croissant (at 10am?) So we ordered one on a biscuit instead. When we got our order one came on an untoasted bagel and the croissant was horribly burnt. We also weren't given any napkins or staws for our drinks. Worst $20 I've ever spent.
