These people gave me moldy bread on the bottom of my sandwich where I couldn't see until after I took a bite. The manager didn't even suggest a refund I had to ask her for it after she kept trying to walk away from me. All she had to say was "we're training someone new in the kitchen"

Ordered 2 breakfast burritos, thankfully I did because the 2 burritos together barely made 1 burrito. I had to re-roll them because they were falling apart and there was maybe 1 egg and maybe enough for 1 chopped up breakfast sausage link each. There was a bunch of cheese in one burrito but there was 4 shredded cheese bit in the 2nd one. Not worth the $10 but it at least it tasted good. Usually I wouldn’t leave a review but reviews are how things get fixed without looking like a Karen.

This location has gone downhill, and is awful now. Fries are not crunchy and miserly in portions. Burger patties over cooked and seem to have been reduced in size by 50%. It took 15-30 minutes to receive or order and it is fairly expensive for what you get. McDonald's is far better...and that's sad. Their bathrooms are disgusting and foul.

Service and food service great. This is only a drive thru. The "lobby" tables needed to be cleaned. No direction regarding online ordering. People were friendly so that's a plus.

I ordered to 2 premium beef hotdogs and they took the foot long coney and cut it in half. If I am correct I do not believe the foot long coney is what they advertise as premium
The food was dry and horrible. The servers were trying but they just don't know what they are doing! We asked for salt as the fry's had 0 salt! They brought out sugar! Lol that's all they said they had. Honestly I feel there needs to be an adult manager! The kids were friendly I will give them that but over all very subpar ESPECIALLY for a military base. Sonic upper management is the only ones to blame. Shame on whoever just doesn't care about this location.

Keep in mind that this location is aboard Camp Pendleton and you'll need access to the base to go here.Food was fine. Service was glacial, but not unfriendly. Food was cold when delivered to my car. The 20 minutes saved according to Google would have been better spent traveling to a location with faster service.

Hard to hear in car, seemed to be hard inside as the pleasant young lady had to repeat, three times to get it right. -.5, 2.5The wait was short, again why I pull thru. +1, 3.5The pleasant young lady who brought my order apologized for difficulty hearing. +.5 for trying hard, aware. Up to 4She repeated what was in bag and I noted the cheeseburger ordered came out as jalapeno burger. -.5 , 3.5She immediately offered to replace but I waved her off; I like jalapeno. +.5, 4The food was still bland to oily. -1 or -2 if an indy but its a chain so there may be nothing you can do.-.5 to 3.5So, its not service per se.Maybe:Look into the intercom, and look at the grill, staff training, staff scheduling?I'm bummed as its handy and retro cool. The only burger joint I ever got the squirts from was a Sonic elsewhere and once burned twice shy.The taste here was sadly very unimpressive.Its a busy place and we know fast food is hard work, lotsa turnover, short staffing is a problem cited on other burger joints on base.Keep up the good work, trying to improve, its all about leadership, boss.
