Wow. This is bad. I have been giving this store multiple chances to redeem themselves after mess up and mess up. I order from my app and it's always been wrong. I ordered a Buffalo sandwich with extra ranch and it came with no ranch. I ordered a beef sandwich with provolone and it came with no cheese. I contacted the director and said I didn't get cheese and he apologized but didn't offer anything else. This is a terrible subway. Make the drive south to the subway off of college...read full review
Although the guy making the sandwich was very nice, I specifically ask for MAYO on the bread (vs how they normally do it on the meat)...and b/c I didn't pay attention, I got a plain, DRY sandwich!!!The other items were all there, some more than usual (pickles)...but would have been better with some mayo! Just plain bad. Ordered a titan turkey which is supposed to have extra meat and I counted a total of 7 slices of turkey for a foot long! Pretty sure that's less than a normal sub gets, let alone one that's advertised as 33% MORE meat. Also, the ice from the soda machine was dirty with black specs and when I tried to tell the employee she just brushed me off. Save yourself the frustration and go somewhere else.
