Just writing this as a warning and to say I had an impossible burger delivered and have just recovered from a two day food poisoning stint. Not sure what the quality standards are here or what was wrong with the ingredients. Just be careful I guess.

I have a soy allergy and the guys at the front were amazing at answering my questions. The server was super understanding when I asked more questions. I know about my allergy and can often be really hard to have servers who care. My allergy isn't bad enough to be deadly but it sure does make for a bad time if i'm ever exposed. thanks to this team for helping me be 1 more day allergy free! Saturday march 30th 8:15pm

These burgers are nothing special and they're way overpriced. The buns taste like cardboard and the pickles taste like cabbage. Their "BL sauce" doesn't even slightly compare to In n Out's spread. You're better off going to the Habit across the street. The cooks here have no idea what they are doing and you can tell they just hired a bunch a new people who don't really care about quality and experience, just getting paid. Not my go-to burger joint. Give this place a skip, you'll thank me (I've also noticed gnats flying around and there are glue traps under a shelf where they keep potatoes. Not a good sign!!)Also the management here is non-existent

Pretty fantastic burger joint. Burgers are very tasty with a great beefy flavor. The few burger variations we've tried have all been delicious. Fries and especially the onion rings are top quality. They've got a few craft beers on tap. There's a happy hour special afternoon Monday thru Thursday. Can't wait to come back soon!Vegetarian options: Quinoa/Impossible burgers available, but vegetarian menu is quite limited.Parking: Pruneyard parking can get quite crowded at busy times.Kid-friendliness: Great for kids.

Food was great at good price. It looks like a good business. I expected the sitting area was cleaner and more organized. It was not a buzy night on first say of 2024 that the mess could be blamed on beeing busy. I will go there again and i recommend this place. Did i say food was great? Well, it was.

oh my god! It was quite by chance we walked into the Burger Lounge, but my god, what an amazing burger. Ordered the kids cheese burger and the lounge burger and they were just amazing. After a long time, I've had such a flavorful patty and burger. The onion rings were little browner than I anticipated, however, they wre crisp and tasty! Will definitely be visiting again!

I would post a photo but it was too delicious to stop eating! Got the classic and onion rings. It was awesome! Also the dairy free chocolate shake. OMG. You have to try it yourself!
