We love Chipotle but our experience at this location was terrible. They ran out of chips and pico de gallo, the brown rice was undercooked and didn’t have any lime or cilantro in it. Had to deal with a lot of tears from kids over how this is a “fake” chipotle.
Never again will we set foot in this establishment. Instead of generous portions being offered to us when we ordered a bowl, the young lady who was serving us was skimping On everything that you put in the plate. It was so insulting. As a result, we ended up paying $20 for half of what we should’ve had. Never again will we step foot at this establishment. As far as we’re concerned, this was daylight robbery. My food was amazing rice cooked to perfection. My mentally challenged friends were loud and no one even batted an eye showing how mature they are. They packed my food I got so much for such a good price. The cashier was very sweet and understanding her name started something with an N. The rest of the staff where amazing too I will be coming back for this service!
