Unbelievable, I have been dealing with them for over 8yrs, as I have European WMF machine, they are the only ones in the area with knowledge for those machines. I was aware they were expensive, but I did not have choice to call them each time we had a problem. They always overcharged, but I never have the time to dig into the hours that they usually spend on property. This time I did, they charged me for 3hrs at 145$ per hour, plus travel time at 95$/hr. When I looked at the camera, I found out he was here 2hr sharp, minus 3-4 minutes if you remove the time that he was on the phone, before leaving. But then I disputed the 1hr and they asked me for copies of the videos, which I did, and while doing so, I found out that he also stole from our fridge. Very bad business! I have been trying to by Water filter for the coffee machine from them, and for the longest time, they were not following up on the order, not returning calls, then charged my credit card, but were not sending the invoice, which I needed to be able to expensed it, etc. I can go on and on.

I know the owner of this business personally and he is by far the most initiative, hardworking, caring, honest, and reliable businessman and person I have ever met. He has extremely high morals and is very ethically conscious. If there is ever an issue he will not rest until it is solved. He invests so much of his time and effort into this company to provide the utmost satisfaction for his customers and clients. The employees that I have had the pleasure of knowing reflect these attributes as well. I stumbled upon their website one night looking to buy a michelada mix I can only find in Turlock! Which means I go months without it because I don't go out there, if I can help it. I ordered it and received it within 3 days! Amazing! I will definitely be using them to stock up and maybe even peruse their stock for more goodies!
