First time going to Dairy Queen with my younger cousin. Although it was busy they had good and quick service and friendly staff.

Excellent customer service from Ari and Alex! I made a mistake with my order, and they made sure I was happy with my Blizzard. Even when they were really busy, they took the time to make things right. I love DQ, but the service will keep me coming back.
DQ is a longstanding fun and good place to go when you want food or a treat. I chose a treat and had ice cream. Dairy Queen is a bit of the last century crammed with great tasting food and comfort. Check-it-out.

We came in right before closing while staring at the menu, we saw a cockroach on the wall, another by the stove and another on the countertop where the sprinkles are kept for blizzards. Walk straight out, never again to return. RIP Dairy Queen Campbell ??

Should be closed at 10 but workers closed it at 8 and supposedly said “their systems were down” but was eating ice cream outside. You can make me my blizzard without the system working

Came to get an afternoon treat and try the Candy Cane Chill Blizzard before it goes away. It's a seasonal Christmas time great with candy cane and chocolate. So good!I also got French fries and onion rings. Freaky fried and hot and paired very well with the Blizzard!

I was disappointed I sat down after I placed my order said I am 205 tons of employees in back could easily have said 105 my order number wow they just wrote number on bag 4 bags sitting on counter for a while getting cold I would hate to exert them and make them say a number like every other place does as I was sitting down waiting suppose I am supposed to assume they just write on bag other customers touching my bag to look at the number not clean please?!

I love the chicken tenders if they aren't burnt, I love the ranch if they didn't over water it because they ran out and needed to get by for the night. Not a great experience when your starving, craving dairy queens chicken and ranch and then it's burnt and watery. Yuck. But if all is well and not burnt and not watery, we are good ?
