Was craving a cupcake. Drove here without calling first, so not much of a selection. Employee was pleasant and provided ingredient info for cupcakes left. I bought one chocolate cupcake. Halfway home, I decided to try it. I immediately got stomach cramps. Couldn't believe it bc this place had such good reviews. Tried another bite and my stomach had the same reaction. Threw the rest of it, which was more than half, in the trash. What a big disappointment. $ 4.75 down the drain.

Cupcakes are DELICIOUS!!!! One thing to note is that it's heavy on the frosting (I'm assuming that's why it's named Frost), so if you're not a huge fan of frosting then maybe it isn't for you. Other than that, the cupcakes are very tasty and there are new flavors daily!

Saw place from a close by parking lot and decided we had to stop in to look at the cupcakes. It was nice to see different flavors that I don't normally see at cupcake places. My friend and I were intrigued by the rose velvet but I ended up getting guava delight and she got the raspberry lemon cooler. We both enjoyed the cupcakes they were super moist and flavorful and cheaper than some of the cupcake chains. I also got a chocolate chip cookie that I really liked.

Had the Snickerdoodle and the Carrot and they were both amazing. You are able to order over the phone and pre-pay for a pick up. It was really easy and glad we ordered for my birthday

I have to admit, they had me at "Pupcakes." Any baker that is going to go out of their way to also make cupcakes for dogs is five stars in my book. My dogs love them! The cupcakes for us two-legged folks are delicious too. My favorite is the burnt almond. I love it because it's piled with a fluffy cloud of frosting that's not too sweet, and then topped with almonds. The cupcake itself is a soft yellow cake and not too sweet. My husband loves the salt 'n sweet cupcake - chocolate with a salted caramel on top. It's dense, rich and delicious. Who doesn't love the contrast of salt and sweet? Go check out this great local spot for a sweet treat, and don't forget to pick up some pupcakes for your furry friends.

This is the second time we ordered mini cupcakes for our children's birthday and just like last time they were perfect! Great for our dessert table! Note, you need to email your order and pay over phone or in person to secure a custom order. Love love love burnt almond, tiramisu, hot cocoa, 24 carrot and pumpkin cheesecake. Honestly love all of them tho.

My go-to cupcakery when I'm too lazy to bake them myself (self-taught hobby baker). I love their creative flavors and they're always changing it up while keeping the classics. There are so many delicious favors that I can't choose but I love their fleur de sal. Come early because they run out quick, esp on weekends!

Second time being here. No doubt the flavor of these cakes are amazing. But the display in the shop looked like slim pickings, in fact the shop vibe was a little drab and didn't feel welcoming at all. The two present individuals who were I'm guessing employees didn't greet me nor did it look like they even wanted to. In a world of disconnected communities, customer engagement is everything, but a good vibe or customer care was definitely not at that bakery today, neither was it the first time,.. and this is why I will NOT be coming back. Sorry guys, but atleast I still tipped!

I really don't like to give low star reviews but feel like this one is worth it. We ordered half a dozen cupcakes yesterday for today's Thanksgiving dessert however the cupcakes were not as good as they looked. Very pretty cupcakes but the cake was bland, and the butter cream was over powering sweet and hard! We were told to keep them at room temperature and by the time we ate them, they were not good. I kind of feel like these had been sitting for a while even before we bought them. Not sure, definitely not tasty or good. Also, customer service at the bakery could have been better. Cashier was a bit rude. I get it, everyone has a bad day but just something about going in and leaving with that type of experience already kind of gives you the hint that these desserts might not be the best haha! Glad we tried though. Won't be coming back.

I'm not normally a cupcake fan, however one day I was near Frost Cupcake Factory and decided to pop in and try something.I was greeted by Aaron who has a great personality. He was hospitable and helpful. My one cupcake turned into four, thanks to Aaron's brilliance. I don't remember the flavors of all of them but these are the ones I do remember24 carrot is a delicious carrot cake base with a creamy cream cheese based frosting. It was sweet but not overly. The cake was moist and delicious. Then there was pumpkin spice which is a fall special. I didn't try this one as we all decided at my house to cut them in half for sharing. The feedback from family was that it was delicious. Then there was one that had a rich fudgey cake base and a delicious creamy coconut topping with some caramel drizzle. It reminded me of those zebra cookies I ate as a child. This was my favorite. It was very sweet so half was plenty for me.The last one was called caramel apple. Someone in my house swooped in on this one and said it was every bit appley and delicious. I have attached a picture of this one.All in all the flavors were a huge hit at my house and I will definately return.A huge thank you to Aaron for making my visit there a success.
