Not sure who the lady that works early morning shift but she needs to be saved at all cost .. always has a pleasant voice and a good morning for everyone. Never seems frazzled even when line is 5 or more cars deep. Keeps the smile and gets your food and drinks with urgency and sends you on your way with a have a nice day...

Christmas MistakeI've worked for Jack in the Box corporate before, so I pretty much know what to expect. Many Jacks are franchises though, and I suspect this one may have been. For a lot of reasons, I ended up ordering online here for my and my adult son's Christmas dinner--but with breakfast sandwiches. He stopped eating mid croissant when he found a hair in his sandwich. Appetite lost for both of us, I put my egg and cheese bagels in the fridge to have the next day. Here it is the next day, and I nuke my bagel sandwich and begin to eat. In the first couple bites I chewed tiny pieces of eggshell, which is very gross to me, but I continued to eat anyway because I was hungry. Taking the next bite, and my mouth is completely full, full of eggshell. There's no way that got in there by mistake, unless the person frying the egg was completely blind.So here I am trying to call Jack in the box to let them know what happened, to see if they'll at least replace my son's croissant sandwich, and no one answers that phone. I've called several times now, and no one answers the phone. I thought, maybe another local Jack in the box would help me. So I called them and guess what? No one answers the phone. So, with the feeling of eggshell still in my teeth, I'm not feeling up to going back there, nor maybe eating ever again. And since I can't tell Jack in the box what happened, thank you Yelp, I'm telling you. My son did like his curly fries, so there's that. I don't have enough experience with this location to know how they are normally, but one bad move by a company can cause upset customers, and that's what this review is. I mean, if they'd answered their phone and been apologetic, this would have been a very different review.Here's to never getting hairs nor eggshells in our sandwiches in 2024!
So I send my son there to order food, and we ordered about 30$ worth of food. And I asked for ranch and hot sauce, they gave me one ranch and no hot sauce. This place is ridiculous. I called to ask why they did not provide more than one ranch and no sauce, he laughed and hung up! I called back and no answer, voicemail is full! Do not go here if you want a great or even half the experience of being disappointed.

I've never been inside, so I can't speak to the atmosphere, but I order drive up occasionally here. The drive up guy who usually works late nights is professional, thorough, and ensures the order is accurate. Other times I've gone, one employee was impatient while I was ordering and another messed up the order (I got home and found eggrolls instead of tacos in the bag).The food is.....fast food. Every now and then I need convenience food and just really want a greasy americanized taco, fries and/or jalapeño poppers.

Sometimes company makes it all that much more experienced and not want to remember the night. There was absolutely nothing Jack could of done to save the night, it was tanking already. Not Jack's

Went for breakfast today, I did see that the were short staffed but I never got a hello, an Ill be right with you or anything. Cashier kept helping only drive thru customers and passing by as if i wasnt there. Once she finally came up to me she did not apologize or acknowledge the wait. I was literally the only guest in the building.
