This place is a joke. I live near by so I come periodically. The pizza is ok however the staff is completely incompetent. I always order ahead and my pizza is rarely even started when I show up to pick it up. The staff is a bunch of kids that seem to have no manager and clearly do not care about serving. They should take the super fast sign off the wall.

Picked up an entree size Itailian chopped salad. It had one small piece of salami chopped into 4 pieces, maybe 5 olives and 6 garbanzo beans. They forgot the mozzarella and Parmesan. The dressing container was half full. Will not go back.

Mod pizza is a great, affordable fast food like pizza chain. This location is great, but can get pretty busy especially at night. Toppings are always fresh, but sometimes the pizza can be slightly undercooked.

Hugely disappointed in this location - not even a mile from my home and I hadn't had pizza in 9 mos. (trying to watch calories). Finally was going to give in and placed an order for pickup (Fri., about 5pm). I arrived about 10 mins. after placing the order and was waiting right across the counter from the pickup area. Five mins. later, the lady called my name and when I went up another man with apparently the same name came up. The lady said to me "oh this is for another Andrew" which was fine. So this lady knew that an Andrew was here waiting for his pizza. The waiting game began and several folks who had orders in ahead of me got their orders as this woman called out their names. After about another 15 mins. I noticed there were no pizzas in the oven, employees were mulling around and I inquired what happened to mine and this other clerk looks and it had been sitting on the shelf behind this woman who originally called out my name and I was pretty upset because now the pizza is barely lukewarm. I took it and thought I'd check the temp before leaving the establishment and it's barely warm--and I'm not going to bake a cooked pizza again when it was supposed to be hot in the first place. I told them I wanted a refund. They get the manager and she tells me the pizza is still warm. Yes, barely lukewarm and she offered to make it again and I was so disheartened that I told her I wanted a refund. I had already spent almost 45 mins. now waiting for this pizza which should've only taken 20 at the most (they were not super busy). I explained to her that this clerk distributing the pizzas knew I was there as I had an interaction with her but then this manager says "oh we don't call out your name when your pizza is ready." HUH? You were doing it for everyone before me and how are we supposed to know when our pizza is ready? Don't hand me that crap. Take responsibility for your mistakes. And this same lady distributing them knew I was there and waiting to pick up my order. She saw me many times as she looked up but for whatever reason decided not to inform me when my pizza was out of the oven and ready to take home. The worst part of it was this manager didn't even apologize at all for the misunderstanding. I guess all her employees are perfect. Not! As much as I love pizza, I will not be patronizing this establishment again. All you had to do was take responsibility for your error and it was indeed your error, but I know since I only visit this place a few times a year they could give a rat's behind. Wrong approach to good customer service, ladies. Whatever. I will gladly patronize Habit Burger next door. They have their system down and you even get a text when your order is ready so there's no confusion. Take responsibility for your mistake MOD. Would've made a completely different and positive impression on this old boomer. Whatever you want to say about "us" we don't put up with bad customer service. Saying "I'm sorry for this, Sir" would've made this all completely go away. No, I'm not sulking...just disappointed by the lack of responsibility on this location's part for such a simple thing. Take responsibility next time and you won't lose a customer. That's the worst part. I actually like their food and have enjoyed it over the years. Oh well, probably good for me to stay away from pizza if I'm trying to keep my weight in check. But there are far too many other places who do have good customer service to give my business to and that's exactly what I'm going to do. Wake up, MOD. There are far too many unfavorable reviews about your poor customer service. This was an eye-opener for me once I started checking other reviews.

I don't really do reviews on places, but this was my first time trying mods, I'm not saying don't eat here but I recommend the employees be more careful with mixing up the toppings. I'm highly allergic to pineapple as my family knows this too. Just when I got home and about to eat a slice my niece noticed a piece of pineappple on my pizza. Which had me highly upset due to how bad things could've gotten. I'd like to still be able to order pizza from here but I would like to eat it with complete comfortability. Thank you.
