Worked throught some staff attitude to order a Mr Pickles #13 sandwich. The result was microwaved meat, microwaved bread and potentially the worst sandwich I have ever eaten. And by the way It is March, you can take down the Christmas decorations. Sorry I have nothing good to say about our eating experience at the Campbell location. Nothing.

This place had great sandwiches but the older lady in the back is RUDE. The younger lady was kind and helpped me right away. I asked the younger lady while I was waiting for my to go order, if I could use the bathroom. She was fine with that. Went in to use the bathroom and someone was trying to open the door with a key although I locked the door. I stated, "someone is in here" . Once I was done, which was not long after I washed my hands, the older lady looked at me crazy while I was coming out. I asked her, " is everything ok with you?" She looked at me l, rolled her eyes and then went in to the bathroom. Once, she came out the bathroom she started speaking Spanish to the younger lady about me ( I could understand what she was saying). So RUDE!!!!! I was appalled at what I was experiencing especially when I came as THEIR CUSTOMER. I will never go back to this location. BEWARE! DONT DAY I DID WARN YOU.

Ordering on line was odd.They want you to say what you want but then you get the sandwich it has on what was not marked yes.Staff was nice a friendly.Clean.Parking a little tight.
Got salmonella poisoning from this place! Doctor said it was most likely due to improperly refrigerated deli meat ? when I called a couple days after I recuperate, the staff was so rude. The sad part was it didn't taste bad but man I was sick for 3 days! Now I'm seeing other reviews about expired food or drinks. Do better!

We thought it’s a regular Mr.pickle’s chain but their menu was a bit different from what I know. Menus are different because this location is owned by a family and turns out way better than regular locations.Bread was much bigger, staffs were very friendly, sandwiches were heavy like a brick.Very happy with the discover definitely go back!

Hansol, the general manager did a phenomenal job. He personally made our sandees and they turned out great. I learned that they bake their bread everyday.I recommend this branch especially because they were decked out in Xmas cheer.It really made my day!

First of all the customer service from Hansel was TOP NOTCH! A huge thank you to him for his people skills and making a great sandwich as well. I ordered the Maxine (Reuben Sandwich) and it was very good! A generous portion of pastrami and sour kraut with your choice of condiments etc. On marble rye bread. Nice little spot in the heart of Campbell right near the Prune yard. I will definitely be back!
