Went here yesterday. Owner was very sweet and knowledgeable about tea. My partner enjoyed having a conversation with her about all the different teas there were and where each stems from, come to find out there are over 3000 types!! It was a first time for us so it was a little confusing on where to look at first, the matcha here was pretty good. I recommend grabbing a matcha latte with ceremonial grade matcha here!!

Happened to stumble on this place after coming to Campbell for the Sunday farmer's market. It's a wonderful store, packed with unique blends of tea. In addition to their dried teas, they have cold or hot teas available for single, immediate servings. I ordered a hot Monk's brew/blend tea. It was a black tea with deep and sweet scent. They also have fun tea-themed cards, that come with a tea blend of your choice (from a basket) to insert inside. I found the perfect birthday card for my tea-lover friend. It is very fun to read all the interesting names of the various blends. Service was wonderful and I will definitely be back for a drink or gift!

I've been coming here for a few years and always have a lovely experience! The owner is kind, friendly and knowledgeable. They have a large selection of teas and accessories. I appreciate that you can get an individual cup. I hope they bring back their tea tastings in the future!

I came here to get some presents for the tea lovers in my life. They had a wide variety that could feel overwhelming, but it's okay! Take a breath and take your time, no one is going to rush you at this place. It's quirky but loveable for sure. As an aside, I don't like tea. Somehow, I ended up getting an iced tea here and loved it so much I bought my own tea to brew at home. Quite an accomplishment!

Terrible service. My mother in law and I stopped in here after visiting Geoffrey’s next door. We thought a cup of tea sounded nice.We entered and no one greeted us. There was an older woman and a younger employee doing what sounded like german lessons.I was confused, there were menus around but it didn’t seem like a normal tea cafe. I asked the woman if I could order a cup of tea and she flippantly said “yea, sure.” But then continued doing what she was doing and she barely even looked up at me. I waited 2-3 minutes standing there before grabbing my MIL and leaving.I’ve never visited your shop before, I have no idea how it works. You obviously have great reviews, but my experience was less than 1 star. If you don’t want to service paying customers and want to act as an “exclusive club for those who know”, then shut your doors.Note to others like me: If you are in this area and looking for a nice place to grab a drink, avoid Steepers. There are plenty of Cafes near by that would be glad to greet you and serve you.

They have all kinds of tea. And the staff is nice. One of the. Staff we had to ask if the tea can be carried in the airplane . It was ironic, the young man who was helping out he studied to be a pilot and he knew the answer. He said we would have to claim the tea. Thankyou for the help.
