Ordered on line (Bogo 12”) and ordered Cold cut combo meal deal and a second sandwich Turkey and Ham both Sandwiches were made perfectly as ordered and didn’t hold back on any of ingredients including the meat. They outsource to Doordash but cheaper going through Subway. Looking for a delivery definitely order from this particular Subway on W. Hamilton

I'd like to give a shout-out to the loyal staff member known as "Louisa" (apologies if I misspelled it) for her undying loyalty to this Subway location. She is patient, knowledgeable, skilled, accurate, efficient, and always prepared for day-to-day challenges. She gets a 5-star appreciation medal! The reason I give this establishment a 4-star review is due to the unfortunate factor of this location not taking part in Subway's promotions. I understand due to profitability and performance that not all locations of a restaurant chain can keep up with the challenges of the promotions and coupons, but it would be amazing if they did, just like they used to. Apart from that, this place is clean, air conditioned, maintained, bright and shiny, and feels open. For some reason, the sandwiches at this Subway location taste fresher than other Subway locations. The Tuna, Vegetables, Breads, and even drinks are spectacular!

Come here when we're in the area and want to grab a sandwich. There is always just one person working, which could be a problem because it does slow things down, but we are not in a hurry and the sandwich is solid. Plus the server who is there has consistently brought good service.

Only one person working during busy time. She forgot to put avocado on my sandwhich even though I paid for it extra and it was printed in bold. I honestly don't blame her, i feel like whoever is managing this place is trying to save on payroll.

I live right next to this location and come here a few times a month. Customer service is always good and the sandwiches are made well. Overall it's been consistent, for me at least :)

They should really help out the poor lady who's working, she is the only one working and the really tired, there is no one here to help her and it's rush our. Whoever is the manager is, is doing a horrible job.
Long story but... non English speaking employee making food, customer in front of me having a hard time communicating her order correctly.I'm next, same issue. Saved by another employee coming in to interpret my order.First employee starts baking bread while my order sits in the microwave after heating for 30 seconds.Second employee finished the customer order behind me and starts the next customer while my order is getting cold and the first employee apparently forgot me and continues to make bread trays.I finally got fed up and walked out, leaving my order and additional food items behind. Ate lunch at a different venue.

Our favorite to go spot, at least once in for a trip. It's reasonable and healthy. You should try the Subway with a salad and it's very cheap if you buy the combo.

Super rude lady . I went in at 7:48pm the lady at the resister asked me to leave because they closed at 8 and she wouldn't have time to make my sandwich ? As far as I'm concerned as long as I'm in the store before closing Time I should be served right ?
