Been coming here for years. My old favorite was the baked scallop roll. My new favorite is the hamachi crudo and tartar. Last night I tried the sweet Suzy too and really enjoyed the sweet roll. They gave us all miso soup and a bowl of edemame to share. It's a small place but we had no issues getting a table on a Tuesday. We did a lot of to go during Covid. Never had an issues with wrong orders and even got a free item once. The yellowtail crudo had nice thick cuts and so much flavor. Agedashi tofu was just ok. It's pretty and they serve everything separate so you can put what you want in it. Not sure we would order it again. Not a cheap dinner for 4 but I always love coming here at a nice treat!

Came right before 12noon on a Thursday and was able to get seated quickly. Small restaurant with ~10 seats at the bar and a few tables around. They never filled up the seating, but some people came in for take out orders. The rolls are LARGE - we ordered 4 rolls for the 2 of us... and ended up canceling the last one because we were just too full and couldn't even finish the 3 we had. The sushi chef seemed to know our tummy abilities better than us... so great on his part for letting us know to let him know when we were ready to do #4 instead of making all 4 at once. (There also isn't quite enough room at the bar for a glutton. Haha.)

Huge menu. Chicken katsu is some of the best I have found on the area. Service is quick and attentive. Our new go to sushi spot!

Good interesting combinations and tasty rolls. The have too much rice though and tempura is too fried . I like their vegetable offerings

Great sushi, fresh and good sized. Lots of choices - bento box or a La carte. Bento boxes at lunch are a much better price with almost as much food as night time!

I've come here so much lately, and that I'll can't stop. The service is always good, and the ladies are super nice. As a kpop fan, i love how they're always playing kpop music videos and it always makes me happy, makes me enjoy my food even more. I love how they prepare their sushi. My favorite is always the Country Girl - it has all of my favorites (eel, avocado, shrimp tempura). Every now and then, I will order their deluxe california with the eel. It's a small location. So, if you have a small group of just two people, best to come when they first open to get a table. It will get busy fast.

This place is so good! IYKYK! I stumbled upon this gem during the pandemic, and it has become my go-to ever since. Whether opting for takeout or dining in, this sushi spot consistently delivers excellence! The staff is friendly and helpful, creating a welcoming atmosphere. The ambiance is chill, with dedicated sushi chefs chopping it up behind the bar. The freshness of the fish is excellent, the flavors of the rolls stand out. Their extensive menu offers a wide variety of rolls, nigiri/sashimi, and so much more. During my visit, I opted for the Maguro Nigiri and the Jessica roll, while my father went for a bento box. Every dish was on point. TGISushis never fails me. It's the perfect spot for both lunch and dinner. It should be called Thank goodness i found you Sushi!

This place used to be good! Not sure what happened. We ordered 4 different kinds of sushi. Half of the rolls kept falling apart. Some smelled and tasted too fishy-not fresh. The shrimp tempura was a bit soggy. Probably won't come here again.

I'm a fan of this sushi spot. Very nice employees, great service, really clean- and their raw fish was amazing. They have specials on uni, Toro, and other rolls, but the raw fish makes this place shine! Great selection of fruity soju, too!

This place isn't fancy, but I absolutely love this sushi place. It's very humble, and the sushi comes out fast. It's always clean, and they have hand sanitizer at each table. The rolls are huge, so you can definitely fill up here. They give complimentary edamame and miso soup. The rolls have great value. It's nice to go to a sushi place in the Bay Area where the rolls are not over 20$. My favorite rolls are the Mr. Netscreen and Erick's. I don't recommend the Mr fat pops, because the rolls are so big you can't eat them in one bite and then they fall apart.
