Work close to this Una Mas location & have catered from them as well. The menu is standard to Una Mas so differences from locations. What does change is how it's cooked, portions and service. First off - this is a franchise business. You won't be getting true authentic Mexican food. For me, it depends on a number of factors - how the food is prepared & service given. Simple order: - Carnitas Burrito - meat, beans, avocado, onions, cheese, flour tortilla The size was hefty, not huge but ample. Good portion ratio of meat, beans & avocado. Part way the meat seemed dry & a bit tough but some salsa took care of it. - Fish Burrito - fish, rice, cabbage, flour tortilla Size was large & I liked the flavor. Good portion ratio of fish, cabbage & rice - like the sauce. Big enough to save 1/2 for later. - Bean & Cheese Burrito - beans, cheese, flour tortilla Burrito was hefty, solid beans, some cheese. Reheating was a challenge since it was a solid brick of beans. Cheese was non-existent. Taste: Like all food places, Una Mas has a "taste" so you need to like the taste in order to eat any of their food. I like the taste of the fish burrito. They usually fill it with rice to hide the small portion of fish but for the most part, it still a good choice for me. Service: Depending on when you visit/come in, the cashier usually is the owner. He is a bit abrupt & seems robotic but he warms up if you chat a little. My order was completed within a normal wait time (10-15 min). Order was correct. Stayed hot/warm for the ride home & beyond. The grill cook at this location is fast, experienced, polite and efficient. She is a multi-tasker with several orders on the grill, keeping the orders moving. She is worth a tip. Cleanliness/COVID: The counters & tables/chairs were clean, not sure if sanitized. All staff wore masks. Hand sanitizer near the entrance. Overall: craving a certain Una Mas dish, then this place will satisfy your obsession but don't have high expectations. This is a franchised restaurant with their specialty foods. But once in a while, I need a fish burrito.

This is the best chicken tortilla soup ever! WOW! The manager/owner who actually works the register is very attentive and kind. They offer chips and salsa to go with your order. I love the chicken tortilla soup and the carnita burrito is awesome. The service is quick and your wait time is limited. I arrived around noon. I placed my order and I was out with my food pronto.

Love this location! I've come her a couple times while on my lunch break. I'm a pretty shy person, so ordering isn't my favorite. Especially when it's in Spanish! However, the man taking my order made me feel very welcome and asked if I spoke Spanish. I hesitantly responded that I only knew a little bit, as I haven't fully learned. The man took this opportunity to help me out on my Spanish. I ended up ordering my very simple meal in Spanish (this was probably the longest exchange I've had in Spanish in a while). I felt very relieved and even proud of myself. Great customer service!! The food is also amazing! The mini churros and burritos are so good.

To expensive now and when you pay by card they flip around the device and it asks for TIPS ! WHEN I POST A TIP I GET WHAT I ASK FOR , WHEN I DONT TIP I NOTICE I GET THE BARE MINIMUM. NO SALSA NO NAPKINS ... IGUANAS BURRITOS ARE BETTER . They also have the TIP device when you pay by card . So you pay for your order to go and TIP on top of it. An 8 dollar burrito ends up costing me 11 bucks . I TIP when I sit but if I'm taking it to go why do I owe more ? Idk... guilt money. Patronizing a business to keep it going is sopose to be thanks enough especially when it's to go but now it's tips tips tips and they are just bagging what you ordered ! Are we sopose to carry it out in our hands no bag ?

Stopped by for a quick snack. Got carne asada fries and enchilada plate. DO NOT get the fries. The fries were not cooked all the way, there was barley any meat in it, and drenched in grocery store cheese. The enchiladas were whatever. Not horrible but not worth the money either. $30 for most of it to be given to the dog. The hot salsa with the chips tasted like burnt tomatoes and the horchata is definitely store bought powder. 10/10 do not recommend.

Meh. Only came here because I live a block away and promised myself I would eat at every restaurant in Campbell before I move LOL. Service isn't the friendliest, though it is quick. Tortilla chips are lackluster and borderline stale. I asked for the Una Mas burrito with shrimp. But the lady didn't hear me right so I ended up with a steak burrito. The steak was dry so I'm happy I at least added sour cream to the burrito for $.75 so that overall the burrito wasn't so dry. Anyways would definitely not come back especially considering all the delicious food you can get close to this area.

My first time trying Una Mas. I went because I was really craving some gooey nachos. When I walked in the man at the register was less than polite. It's not welcoming when someone says "what do you want" instead of "what can I get for you." I asked for nachos with cheese and he asks what else I want on it. I asked what else they have. I think any employee should be able to list what they put on their foods, but he just points at the signs behind the counter. I said "I don't have my glasses, I can't read that." He says "you want chicken?" I paused and looked at the signs one more time, already getting very tired of this interaction, and just said yes. The woman who was actually preparing food and giving it to the customers was extremely polite and professional. I thanked her and left a tip. While I was waiting, I noticed a Hispanic family walk in. Suddenly the man at the register is so happy and courteous! He's offering them combos and talking with them happily. I guess I'm too white to get decent service? It made me feel very uncomfortable. The nachos were stale and cheese wasn't even completely melted. The chicken was definitely not fresh. It was all SO greasy and formed a coagulated soup at the bottom of the container. Disgusting. I didnt finish it. I just wanted some nachos. I'm never going back here again.
