We had an awful experience at the restaurant. To start with, they got our order wrong. The steak that we ordered for the child was burned. Even our ribeyes were cooked poorly. We were so hungry but we could barely eat half of our food. We ended up spending $220 on the food, but we were so disappointed that we went to another place to eat.

Delicious steaks, perfectly prepared. excellent and generously portioned side, we had mac and cheese, brussel sprouts and mushrooms. excellent oreo crust cheesecake. We'll be back!

The service was seriously lacking and it wasn't very busy. From the beginning, three of us were sat in a booth and nobody approached us for 20 minutes until I flagged someone down. Other tables were served that sat after us. To get a glass of wine took about 15 minutes. Food was good but won't be back.

Leaving 1 star because of the awful experience last night. We ordered 2 filet with NO blue cheese extra pomme purree and glaze they brought both with blue cheese and no extra anything even though we agreed to pay for it. We said we ordered no blue cheese the server said oh I didn't hear that he actually brought it back set it in front of us and actually suggested we "just scrape it off" we said absolutely not we want new steaks then he brought back 2 new steaks RARE when we wanted well done. The server did not apologize nor did he offer to make it right we had to ask for the manager. Awful experience absolutely ruined Valentines day.

Arrived at 4:30 pm. Server came to take our order and brought the drinks within 10 minutes. After that we did not see him for 1 hour and 30 minutes, until we started asking another server where was our food. Finally food arrived close to 6 pm. When we got the receipt, we had been comped a few items (which did make things better) but after the server took our bill, he charged us full price after all, which felt like bait and switch.Of course, we are from Cali so we still left a tip. Didn’t deserve it though.

Food was delivered shortly (and hot, so thankful for that) server started finally paying attention but a little too late. Then we received the ticket and noticed they had comp several items so that put us in a good mood but then when we finally received the ticket, the server canceled all of our comped items and we ended up paying full price (which honestly felt like a bait and switch). We still left a good tip because we're decent people, even though he didn't deserve it.

We have been many times and enjoyed it but this time it was poor. Food was great but service was just too slow. It was friendly, genuinely nice staff but just too slow and disorganized. I doubt we will be back which is a shame because the food really is good, it just needs some proper organization.

Definitely a 5-stars restaurant!We came to celebrate my birthday at lunchtime. The service was very pleasant.We ordered a New York Steak and Filet Mignons. High quality meat and absolutely delicious.We also ordered appetizers (Pesto-cheesey bread and short rib flatbread), which were big enough to share and also were very good.The environment is nice and cozy.We really enjoyed it and most certainly will come back again.

The restaurant is nice but it's very noisy and we were underwhelmed with the food. The salad was the best thing we had. We think we'd enjoy it more for lunch than for dinner.

I have had several enjoyable meals (lunches and dinners) at Willard Hicks but Saturday night dinner with half the restaurant full was not stellar. When we first arrived, they wanted to place us at a table near the front door. It was quite chilly outside, and every time someone entered it would blow through that area. I asked if we could be moved to a different table as there were 6 tables open for parties of four further back. One would think if you make a reservation, you would get a better seat away from door. I like that first bottle of wine you bring has no corkage. So I brought a very nice Chardonnay and had to ask the waitress twice for a chiller or simpler ice bucket. The gents had a couple cocktails and beer which they said were fine. Then we had to wait over 20 mins to order our mains as the waitress didn't stop by to check on us. The expeditor brought the shrimp appetizer and it was tasty and plenty to share for our party. We asked if he would find our server again. The waitress forgot our salads and when our mains finally arrived we said just “skip it”. She questioned why we still didn't want it. The two steaks ordered were just ok quality, not their usual juicy flavor Both were over cooked from our ask of med-rare. I enjoyed the sticky chicken and my friend had the scallop risotto, which she enjoyed. I don't think we will be back any time soon, which is disappointing as it's in great location to meet friends. WH needs to button up the service and check with food distributor if they are getting same quality.
