I recently became a Capital One debit card owner and haven't had any regrets.The cafe is great for card holders who want a friendly and welcoming atmosphere to enjoy a work session or chat with a friend. Drinks are 50% off for cardholders too!I came in to test my debit card worked and it was seamless and quick. The staff answered my questions regarding using my debit card abroad and confirmed there are no foreign transaction fees when using the Capital One debit card at any ATM internationally. Definitely another plus in my book. It makes me even more excited for my next trip!

I don't know why Capital One has these cafes, but I love them.The one in Woodland Hills has such a friendly staff and welcoming vibes. It's the perfect Cafe to get some work done or just decompress for a bit.

Such a quiet, cozy and clean place that is nicely decorated. The service was amazing. The coffee was delicious and the barista had made a pretty design with the milk froth. I took home fun looking pins for my kids. I would def come back again.

I'm so happy Capital One cafe switched over to Verve Coffee from Peet's. I tried their drinks from Peet's and didn't love it. The matcha from Peet's was nasty. Tried a Verve honey lavender latte with oat milk and it was delicious! Definitely on the sweet side so next time I'd have them use less lavender syrup. Tasted identical to what I make at home which is why I probably loved it more! There are plenty and a variety of seating in this location. They have free wifi and outlets too. Stopped by on a Sunday around 2 pm and there were multiple seats open. Glad to have this cafe nearby to get some work done! On top of the 50% off drinks for Capital One card holders, they also have free pins!

Grace B. helped my dad open an account and was very helpful and patient with us. She provided amazing customer service and while it took us a while to open the account, the time went by pretty fast. She also provided us with some beverages on the house, which was super appreciated!
I came here to apply for a new credit card. The person who I spoke to was Paul. Not helpful at all. He pretty much just told me to apply online, which may be true but some people like myself prefer to have someone from the bank actually go over the information and discuss credit card options. Anyway, his attitude was not helpful, like he was bored of his job and didn't want to deal with customers. If all a bank employee is going to direct you to do is go online, then maybe the job position can be done with a sign instead of a person.

I love coming here, you get a relaxing or resting place while enjoying delicious drinks. Definitely check the place out, they have on site bathrooms, plenty of sitting places and you can order snacks and of course the best coffee!! Stop by next time, I’m sure you won’t regret it.

While at the Westfield Topanga my wife & I wanted to get a coffee. We stumbled upon Capital One Cafe while looking at the menu board inside the mall, so we went & checked it out. The cafe has a really cool vibe to it, with a good variety of beverages to choose from & some food items. The cafe also has a small banking area where you can get information from the rep, you can pull or deposit money from the ATM, and you can also sit & use the wifi while enjoying your drinks. The staff was extremely friendly & accommodating. We both had the Honey Lavender Latte on ice, it was delicious!
