Extremely Disappointing Customer Service Experience at Cereal Twister I recently visited Cereal Twister on May 8th, between 1:30-1:45 PM, and I must express my utmost disappointment with the level of customer service I received. The entire experience left me feeling ignored, frustrated, and disrespected. Upon arrival, I patiently waited at the register for the young man behind the counter to finish assisting the previous customer. However, instead of acknowledging my presence or addressing me, he proceeded to help someone who arrived after me. I couldn't help but stare at him in disbelief. Once he finished helping the woman who came up after me. I asked the young man if the woman he had assisted was here before me. To my surprise, he confirmed that she had left and come back, yet he failed to provide any explanation or apology for his lack of attention towards me. Instead, he accused me of being rude for staring at him, despite him never acknowledging my presence. As someone who works in customer service myself, I understand the significance of a simple greeting or acknowledgement. It only takes a few seconds to make customers feel valued and informed about any wait times or busy situations. Unfortunately, this basic principle seemed to be completely overlooked by the young man at Cereal Twister. What made this experience even more frustrating was the fact that I have been a loyal customer, visiting the establishment once a month. This was the first time I did not order my usual smoothie. It was disheartening to hear the young man justify his neglectful behavior by mentioning that he was the only staff member and that it was busy. I wish he had communicated this earlier, while I was patiently waiting at the register. In conclusion, my visit to Cereal Twister on May 8th was an incredibly disappointing experience due to the poor customer service I received. The lack of acknowledgment, unjustified explanation, and failure to communicate effectively left me feeling disrespected and undervalued as a customer. I hope that the management takes this feedback seriously and addresses these issues to ensure a better customer experience in the future.

Wanted to try something new for a change and noticed this place as I was at Sanrio across the way. Great place to satisfy your own sweet tooth or if you have small kids who love sweet treats. The cashier was super nice and took my order right away. He thoroughly explained the difference between affogato and cafe glacé. I decided to go with the affogato since I've never had one. An affogato is pretty much what it means in Italian..a scoop of vanilla ice cream drowned in a shot of espresso. Didn't wait too long after I was seated to be served my little drink. You might be turned off by the price but imho, it's definitely worth it and tasted really good. Next time I will come back to try the cafe glace or perhaps one of their other yummy treats on their menu.

Dear management. Who you hire for the front line in a business matters. Today I was struggling with my umbrella in one hand, and my money clip in another. I managed to plunk down on the counter the price of $8.50 for a soft serve cone. I was not able to hand it to this guy. To my disbelief, he looked at me and demanded I hand him the money. It was 2 feet from him on the counter. I explained I was not able to as I had too many things in my hands......that was not good enough. He demanded I hand him the money again. Instead he picked it up and gave it back to me. So much for the customer means something. I will not belittle this kid, but I will never come there again nor recommend it to anyone. I have never had anything like happen in my entire life. Please make better employee judgements.

This place has the most creative shakes that I have ever seen! The staff was very friendly when it came to ordering the shakes. I recommend going for the seasonal shakes since you can only get it for a limited amount of time! The best part is that the shakes taste as great as it's appearance!

This is my favorite ice cream spot in town. Their shakes with cereals are to die for. So delicious. Staffs are friendly which is hard to find nowadays. I would certainly recommend this place to anyone. Just watch your weight though :)

I had the açaí bowl and loved it. This place is great for kids and right by the train ride (which during the holiday season is where Santa is), and I enjoyed seeing all the classic cereal boxes that I'd beg for as a kid. I'll be back!

Best place ever and great service and gratuity. The owner and other employees are very friendly and helpful and the substitutions for anyone that's vegan or doesn't consume dairy is great.

My kids love their Cookie Monster shake, and so do I!! Cause who doesn't love Oreo cookies, and this shake definitely has a lot of that, yum! Price is a bit high but you get a large cup that you can definitely share, and it's decorated too which makes for an extra treat! Located right next to Target on the lower level, there's plenty of seating not only where their shop is, but also at the open lounge area right next to it. Always stop by here for a shake or ice cream whenever we're in the mood for a sweet treat!
They have amazing ice cream but today I was craving something healthier and got an Acai bowl. I asked for fruits + Nutella and peanut butter and they didn't skimp!! More toppings that I could possibly have needed so much appreciated. Also got a coffee too. Loved the coffee paired with the Acai bowl for breakfast before I got some shopping done at the mall. Comfortable seating as well, with fairly large tables. Mail can get noisy but their location is in the corner so it's not as hustle and bustle as other parts of the mall

I was waiting in line for over 5 minutes with no one in line with me and the two employees that were completely ignoring me when I asked to place an order they told me ok and continued to work another few minutes past when I thought they were finishing another order and they just continued to ignore me. The employees were Daniel and Ashley and after I asked again to place an order as I was the only one in line with two children that were being as patient as possible they told me it would be another 5 minutes just to place the order, terrible customer service just to place anorder I had to beg and ashley was very rude in her demeanor, then at the end I left as they had no desire to help me again I was the only person in line . I will never come back here again .

I tried this place today for the first time their milkshake is very delicious!!! Luckily the lines weren't that long because it actually takes a while to make each shake , not meaning that the service isn't good it just each one is perfectly made. It's not something that I would get on a daily basis because price range it's pretty pricey but my kids definitely did enjoy it. The place is very small but it's actually very beautiful and entertaining
