I guess I shouldn't expect much from mall food, but my original Philly sandwich lacked flavor and toppings. They accidentally forgot to omit the onions, no problem there were only a few slivers anyway, just like the bell peppers and mushrooms that I DID want. I couldn't finish it, waste of money.

Very rude workers, they mixed up the online and dine in orders, messed up my order in general, and very rude when I asked for things. All I did was ask for some ketchup no need to roll your eyes and be annoyed at me.

Prices are decent, food is ok, but the fryer is habitually out of commission and the ice cream machine has been broken for months. Service is hit or miss. Something is amiss with management.

Never again! Ordered $15.00 Cheese Steak sandwich with everything (onions ~peppers ~ mushrooms) and two Iced Teas. Girl said 15 minutes and handed us our drinks. Had to go back NO ICE in the Teas. Waited 40 minutes for our sandwich. We received it with no onions, mushrooms or peppers and hardly any cheese. Went to have order rectify and waited another 13 minutes. Received 4 pieces of mushrooms, uncooked onions and pepper. Not enough for 1/4" of a sandwich. Cook was also rude. Have a picture of what we received. For a $21.00 Lunch you should be ashamed.

?? how disgusting I was about to finish my combo when I realized that disgusting thing that came on the potatoes, I don't know what it is, they look like hair in a ball. Besides, they put the potatoes and the sandwich on the same scrambled plate. I don't recommend it, it's not worth it nor is a subway a thousand times better for the price ?

The fries are good. Freshly made and tasty. The service needs improvement. I asked for a combo. The person at the register did not explain to me that a combo only consists of fries and coke. I had to stand in line again to buy my cheesesteak separately. When my food was ready they forgot the fries. This all took a while. Then they gave me a cup of fries, a coke, and a deep plate for the food. I could not carry all 3 items to where the tables are as I have two hands, so I asked for a tray. They don't have trays! They were not accommodating enough to put my fries and food in a bigger dish so that I could carry them. Just shrugged their shoulders and went back to chatting with each other. Will I return? No!

Very delicious I just wish I was hungrier so I could've knocked out the fries as well but the cheese on the fries were so bomb but a bit too salty and I accidentally said yes to lettuce and tomato so I picked it out but I got the Philly cheese steak no mushrooms ?
