ASK FOR YOUR RECEIPT!!! This location does not give receipts and you literally have to ask for it and the workers always have a hard time printing and I'm sure it's meant that way, they always ask the manager to do it. So why? THEY ARE STEALING MONEY FROM PEOPLE!! As you will see on your receipt they charged .10¢ per bag, without you noticing and without even telling you about it. I asked for a refund because I am not willing to pay for a bag that is not even reusable, you claim it's "the law" where it's actually not because you're a restaurant and not a grocery store. The manager at this location made me take out all my food out of my bag in order to return me my .10¢ obviously he was very angry that I proved him wrong. Also I did a little work for you I have filed a complaint with the California Attorney General's Office in reference to these violations specifically violating "SB270":"California has a single-use carryout bag ban, SB 270.Customers can no longer receive single-use plastic carryout bags from most:Grocery storesRetail stores with a pharmacyConvenience storesFood martsLiquor storesInstead, these stores may sell reusable plastic bags made with recycled content or recycled paper bags. The statewide single-use carryout bag ban requirements include:Stores must charge at least 10 cents per bag.The stores that sell bags keep the money and must use it to cover:Costs of providing the bagsCompliance with the bag banEducational materials or an educational campaignStores cannot require customers to purchase a bag." 1) Chick-fil-A is not a grocery store, it's a fast food restaurant!2) The paper bags provided are not "re-usable" as stated in the law!3)Stores cannot require customers to purchase a bag!!!!!!In addition the bags don't satisfy these legal requirements: Be certified to satisfy legal requirements. The certification must be provided by a single third-party certification entity that is either:An ISO/IEC 17025 laboratory orAn ISO/IEC 17065 certification bodyHave a handle and be designed for at least 125 uses;Have a volume capacity of at least 15 liters (about 4 gallons);Be machine washable or capable of being cleaned and disinfected; andHave printed on the bag:The manufacturer's name and countryA statement that the bag is a reusable bag designed for at least 125 uses printed on the bag or on a tagRecycling instructions if the bag is recyclableCheck your receipts people. I thought Chick-fil-a was a Christian company but here they are stealing money out of peoples pockets and without the people even noticing. Stop claiming Christianity, you're making the rest of us look real bad. It's a shame, it's a damn shame. Do better.

I have been waiting in line for around 20 minutes! It’s crazy to come to a fast food spot for it to take so long!

Really friendly staff but too expensive for my taste.I spent 40 dollars which I feel is a little outrageous for a couple of chicken sandwiches which only had a pickle in it, lol, no lecture, no tomatoes, just a couple pickles.I'm sorry to say, I won't be going back. Though I know a lot of people rave about chick- fil-A, I just won't be one of them. Ty

Incorrect item. I ordered what is on the sticker: bacon, egg, and cheese biscuit with pepper jack cheese. I received a bacon, chicken, and Colby Jack cheese as the better option (obviously). This is a usual occurrence at this location. The workers are friendly and attentive which is admirable. However, the problem isn't in their behavior rather their focus, attention to detail, or lack a giving a damn assembling the food in the back. I understand being imperfect and mistakes are also understandable since we're all human. This is common business practice here so it's unacceptable at this point. Cheers to imperfection and not giving a damn about your job.

Order today 0731.What does it mean when the tortilla for my breakfast burrito smells like cheap azz perfume? What about when the wrapper for my burrito smells like cheap azz perfume? Or the box for my hashbrowns smells like cheap azz perfume? Somebody isn't washing their filthy azz hands. That's what it means. I don't eat here so I can smell the macy's perfume aisle. Disgusting.
