I'm 20 weeks pregnant, it was about 7pm, an hour before closing, they had no more big (classic) cinnabons left but asked if I could wait about 10 min for them to come out of the oven fresh, I said ok happily. About 20min later she gives 2 to the couple ahead of me also waiting for theirs and gives me one of the SMALLEST "classic" buns ever, not even filling the box and all the ones she put in the window are way bigger than mine. If you're going to make people wait for a large fresh cinnamon roll that costs $6.99 you should definitely give them the bigger ones and put the rest on display to get cold and miserable. Ruined my whole night.

Can't go wrong with Cinnabon in a mall. Delicious as always, quick service, conveniently located.

Online says they close at 8pm. Walk up at 745 and everything is already put away. Maybe change your hours to reflect actual close time.

I truly wish I would've taken a picture of the juiciest Cinnabon ever but I stalled it whole before I even could! Shintaru was so pleasant and nice, love his energy so much I decided to leave a review! The Cinnabons are always coming out fresh here and they're not stingy with their frosting! All the employees are so nice. Can't wait to come back and indulge again

My husband went to buy Cinnabon at the Westfield Topanga Mall in Woodland Hills and Fatima , the store "manager" was pushing day old Cinnabons on him and when he asked for fresh ones she said he had to wait. She started to sell the fresh ones to other people in line completely ignoring the fact that my husband was there first. When he asked what the problem was she said that the fresh ones were more expensive which we already knew and he told her he didn't care to just charge him and give him the Cinnabons. She then said she didn't want ti sell to him.

Every time I come to the mall I HAVE to go to cinnabon. Obviously the cinnamon rolls are good……but I come here for the coffee. The frozen cold brews they offer are amazing. Every time I have come to this location everything has been super fresh.

Was so looking forward to cinnamon rolls this morning but we got there at 11:15 (they're supposed to open at 11) and was told they hadn't opened and there was nothing ready for at least 30 min. So disappointing!

Can never go wrong with the Pecan Bun from here! Even the classic is delicious. Cinnabon is pure perfection and we definitely need to visit more often!I needed my coffee for the day and unfortunately all of their drink machines were empty? It was the afternoon so I'm not sure how or why they were empty. They also had a bunch of boxes laying around so maybe they were more focused on restocking other things than their drinks? No idea. Was a bit bummed but at least they had fresh pecan buns that melt in your mouth and were made and prepared quickly for you. :) would definitely come back for the buns but I ended up picking up coffee from It's Boba Time instead. I have very mixed feelings about this location but I will give them the benefit & bump my review up half a star to 3 instead of rounding down. On a positive, the quality of food is great. Yes, Cinnabon are gut busters loaded with enough sugar to have your teeth chattering, but sometimes that's the type of instant boost you need after a busy day roaming the mall (or motivation to keep you doing a couple extra laps). They're also loaded with enough preservatives that, should you want, you can bring them home and even after a day or two, just zap them in the microwave for a few seconds and they'll taste as if they came right outta the oven at the kiosk. Now, here is the negative: the staff. You can tell they're all there for the paycheck & would rather do nothing than help you out. They're not necessarily rude, but they just don't care and don't have the best client interaction. Sometimes I don't mind as I just want to get my order & get on my way, but a smile from them isn't much or hard to do. Also, the last time I was here was a Saturday roughly around dinner time. We came by for dessert & was told that they were out of the regular cinnamon rolls. Our only options were the minis or the 'center only' premaid rolls. I get that it might have been busy, but a Cinnabon out of Cinnabons? How is that even possible? Not even a 'we're cooking more now.' Just a 'we're sold out for the day.' We ended up getting 2 minis for the price of 1 regular as a 'we're sorry' but come on. That's like a theatre being out of popcorn. It just shouldn't happen. Sooo....I guess if you're there later in the day during a busy shopping season, just be aware that they might be out of stock.

Bad food and bad customer service

Visited this location on Saturday evening. It's located on the first floor of the mall, right next to Target. They were quite busy. Although the service was mediocre in that the cashiers were not friendly and actually seemed quite annoyed, the freshness of their Cinnabons make up for it.The mini Cinnabons had just come out of the oven so we ordered one order which includes 4 minis. They were warm and with just the right amount of frosting. Delicious. The 4 stars is for the freshness of the food. I'd give them a 2.5 or 3 for service. The employees weren't very welcoming and seemed quite annoyed.
