I’ve been ordering dominos for years. Usually satisfied. This pizza is the worst I’ve ever seen. It’s literally flooded on the top with grease, half of it isn’t even cut. And it looks horrible. I’m never ordering from this store again, do not recommend at all. Contacted dominos corporate about the issue. Anyone that ate this would probably get sick from all that grease.

i called at 9:45 pm to order for pickup, but they've said we are closed and we have only delivery, they funny is that google was saying they are open until 12:00, and the funniest part was that other location accepted my pickup order, because they were all open till 12. This location has the most bad customer service always. Don't call them

I order online at 11:45. The store called me and told me that the store already closed because it's slow night. When I asked if he can still make it he said I will try, the tracking order show that it been made but when I called to the store at 12:30 they said the driver was there and we tried to called you. He was obviously lie to me because I told him that I'm coming to the store to pick up the pizza and he said that there is no one there whice was not true. They charge my card and try to play like they deliver the pizza or try to deliver the pizza. They didn't even cancel the order and return my money back.

Never ordering from domino's again. They stole from me. I tipped cash and the driver put on the receipt another tip, he tipped himself. And even though i have proof and contacted domino's about it, they basically said there is nothythey can do because it's a franchise location but they will let the owner know about the situation

If I had the option, I would give this location a -5 stars! I called within an hour of closing and was placed on hold…in the meantime I drove to this location only to see people making pizzas and the door already locked. The woman that seemed to be the manager said it was already closed even though it was 15 minutes to closing time and the fact that I had already called ahead and placed on hold. This woman was rude and unprofessional!

I ordered medium pizza, it says 12", looked smaller to me, I measured it is 10" (photo attached). I order regularly with Domino's and Pazza Hut, today's look like Little Ceasers. I order Hand Toss, my order came like thin crunch. Store can do much better.

I would give this place -1000 star if I can. I ordered in this location many years before and today I ordered again and I was treated really mean and racist. I forgot my wallet so I just have only one card with me at that time, my card is Credit Card from Bank of America. I always used that card to buy pizza at Domino at this place many years before, so that is why I still ordered online and come to pick up. When I came there, the first guy helped me with the payment, I gave him my card and he input my card information to process the payment. Unluckily, he input the wrong 3 code so he told me to borrow my card again to input again to process the payment. But when he did again, my card already was declined. The thing is BOA protected my card, so if someone used and was declined, I will have to call BOA to unlock my card to use it again. I told that guy because you input wrong so it locked my card, is there anyway to pay you guys cause I just need to pick up my pizza. Then he asked other lady to help. Her name is Emma. OMG she is super mean, she told me oh your card was declined, you may not have money or something in your card. I told her I had money and I just used that card to buy other stuff before come here but she told me "If you have money then call BOA now to unlock your card". OMG they are very mean and racist, she and others employees talked Spanish and laughed at me just like "She doesn't have money and try to argue to have free pizza". I was so angry at that time, they input wrong that made my card were locked and now they laughed at me. Other than that, other guy come to talk with me, he said "Oh we didn't charge you anything", "you should go home". Lol that guy is so silly, he doesn't understand anything and just judge me same with Emma. His name is Kevin and he told me he is manager. Sorry Kevin but you are the worst manager that I knew. Who promoted you to become manager when you treated your customer so mean even your employee did wrong with your customer from the beginning. I worked as customer service before I become an Accountant now so I am 100% sure you are not worth to mange that store there. I was so sad and angry, I just wanted to pick up my pizza cause I drove long drive, and don't want to spend time to call the bank now to unlock my car. I just wanted to pay with other way, I told the guy if your employee accidentally locked my card from the beginning, can you pay that pizza for me and I will zelle you back, but nobody helped and kept doing things so racist and mean with me. Luckily, other manager come to help. His name is Martine, he is very good manager. He listened to my explanation and sorry to me and paid for me and I paid back to him with Zelle with the tip. Kevin, Emma: if you can't solve the problems, please at least know to say "sorry" with your customer, at least you guys know how to polite with someone in your life. Your behaviors are not acceptable. NEVER NEVER NEVER come back again.
